We, a group of 15 people, stayed here for a night upon landing in Changle airport late in the evening. We had arranged for an airport pick up a day earlier via Wechat. And continue to communicate via Wechat upon landing. The instructions were very clear. We were picked up promptly. Upon arriving at the hotel, all our room keys were ready for collection. We were able to retire to our rooms quickly. Impressively efficient.
Thanks to the three receptionists on duty for the impressive service.
I liked the layout of the room. It was equipped with a smart voice activation system to control the curtains, air-conditioning, lighting, TV etc. The room was spotless. Looked brand new. No cigarette smell. The bed was super comfortable. I fell asleep immediately.
The breakfast variety was sufficient and tasty.
Thank you Yue Yue and her colleagues (housekeeping, breakfast lady and receptionists) for making our stay so very comfortable. Highly recommended.

I am very satisfied with my stay at Lanou. Not only is the room comfortable and reassuring to stay in, but the service provided by Mu Zi at the front desk is also particularly warm and considerate. Additionally, the early morning shuttle to the airport is extremely convenient, making it a highly cost-effective option. I will definitely stay here again if I return in the future.

My experience at Lanou Hotel was truly amazing 🤩. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made me feel right at home. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with a fresh and pleasant scent that added to the overall relaxing atmosphere. The bed was clean, cozy, and provided a great night’s sleep. I also really enjoyed the breakfast—it was fresh, varied, and absolutely delicious. Another great convenience is that the hotel is located close to both the airport and nearby universities, making it an ideal choice for travelers. Plus, they even offer a free airport drop-off service, which makes the stay even more convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

過去福州選擇蘭歐真的是很棒 中轉來的話很方便 前台一次性乾淨用品很多 前台可可服務很貼心 房間很安靜 沒有任何異味 周圍餐廳好吃拍照好看。第二次入住了，上次充電器忘拿了還有給我打電話提醒，服務態度一如既往地超級好！環境也特別棒，以後每次來長樂都會選這家，已經和很多朋友推薦這家了！
