Thank you for your response. I find it interesting that instead of addressing the more serious concerns, like the mould in the shower and lack of privacy due to the damaged curtains, you chose to focus on disputing whether I asked for basic necessities like a plug and a blanket. This response suggests that you’re okay with those cleanliness and privacy issues, which should have been your first priority as a hotel. To clarify, I did visit the front desk to request a plug because the phone was not working, and I was told none were available. I was even offered the option to purchase one at my own expense, which I declined. It’s disappointing that instead of owning these shortcomings, you chose to deflect the blame onto your guest. Lastly, basic amenities like blankets, plugs and a functional safe should be in place before a guest arrives, regardless of the hour. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving the overall guest experience, especially in areas that directly impact comfort and safety. Please refrain from misrepresenting the situation. I gave an honest review based on what I encountered during my stay - exactly as you requested.
