We went there to enjoy the aquapark, and it seems they had just reopened after renovations. Everything smelled new, and you could tell the staff were still a bit lost but trying hard to provide good service. The room had a queen bed and a sofa that converts into a bunk bed. It was a little cramped and offered low privacy for four people, but fine for one night. The restaurant served good food, and the staff tried to speak English. Breakfast was abundant. The downside was that I forgot a bag with knitting materials, and when we called to have it mailed, they said they didn’t find anything.

The receptionist and front desk were very nice and friendly. The pool was very attractive. The suite was big but no concept. The balcony looks over dirty top roof. We asked the front desk to change the room but no response. Modern but boring with exception of bottle of water nothing else. It was a bad option for a hotel and faraway from the center.

Perfect place in St. Gallen and Waterpark It was a lovely stay and if you want to join the waterpark this is a must stay! The entre to the park was included in the price and that was used alot! Breakfast was nice - but could use an upgrade on some of the elements to choose from. The restuarant was amazing - the bar was perfect for beer. Limited selection on cocktails but a nice staff. Close to many things in Sankt Gallen. Will recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. The comfort room was big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids (with bunk beds). The breakfast and food (in general) at the main restaurant is very good. Also, there is a kids room near the restaurant where kids can play. The Waterpark is just across the street from the hotel, so this is also very convenient.

We reserved one of the junior suites for a family gathering. We needed a room that had space for two people to work remotely in between family festivities. This was the perfect option. Pros: *Immaculate, spacious room * Table in the living room, pulls out to make an L desk perfect for working during the day. * Fantastic Wi-Fi * More storage than any hotel room I have ever stayed in. There are closets everywhere. * Stunning views of Santis. * Spacious deck to enjoy the weather. * Wonderful restaurant for dinner, lunch and breakfast. * Excellent communication from the hotel staff, friendly and courteous. CONS: * Hair dryer is not powerful * No ironing, board or iron in the room. * You will need a car or use some sort of ride share transportation to visit the city center This was a wonderful hotel experience, and I would stay here again. Hopefully next time we will stay longer to take advantage of the spa and water features this property offers.

They charge you to park car 15 Swiss franc per day even if you don’t use underground car park and just park outside hotel ,breakfast is very expensive and hot food is limited .The bar area is basic, swim area and fitness area is very good,they also charge a local tax,

I am wondering when gust ask late check out they offering additional charges till 15:00 then request free one hour late check out they excuse that they were fully booked i wondering you were ready to let me check out till 15:00 with charges while when it is only one hour it’s full Telling truth is important
