The hotel was comfortable, the rooms were clean, the service was great and friendly, and I especially got a room with a city view. The super-fast Wi-Fi was a huge help when I was working on a deadline. There are plenty of food stalls and restaurants around the hotel. I'd definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Semarang.

This hotel is quite good for the view, but the cleanliness is lacking & the facilities that exist should be renewed, the wifi network is not so stable, and the future should be improved more, which is still rated less, so that the guests come to feel comfortable, thxπ

The breakfast is horrible, bland porridge, only lettuce for the salad, there's pasta but its macaroni covered in small red sauce with no taste, tables doesnt get cleaned properly, 2 people on the egg corner only serving egg with salt, no toppings, no veggies, just pure egg + salt, main course got no variation, noodle rice 1 type of veg, a fish, and chicken. To access the restaurant you need to go through the pool, cool way of thinking, not practical when theres a lot of children playing with the water, parents and nannys sitting on the side.

The facilities are old and the service staff is not sure if there is a reservation to the room.
There were a lot of misunderstandings when checking in

The quilt is old and dark, the environment is very noisy, the drums are still beating in the middle of the night, the people next door are talking loudly, no mineral water is provided..., it is not a four-star hotel at all, and the cost performance is extremely low. The view of the restaurant is OK
