If you are a clean freak this is the perfect place to stay. It was spotless with pressed bed linen and fluffy towels. Really friendly welcome from the family, they were so helpful, attentive and thoughtful. It was a fabulous stay and even the fuss pot that I am, would highly recommend it.

Lovely experience. Good host, very attentive to my requirements. Generally a great experience. Gluten free menu top dollar. Great atmosphere in the pub. Everyone happy and upbeat. Thanks for a great stay. Clean room and wonderfully warm. Extra heater in the room in case it's exceptionally cold. Comfy bed, great shower, generally a great place to stay..

The McIver family were the perfect hosts. They helped us with dinner plans, gave us tips about the area, and most importantly, we’re genuinely warm and welcoming to our family. Our previous five nights had been in a big name, five star resort, but it paled in comparison to the welcome and comfort we experienced at Broomfield House.

We stayed at Broomfield House for 2 nights. The rooms were spotless and convenient, bathroom very clean too. The location on the through-road had been advertised so no surprise that it was a bit noisy at night. Nevertheless, we had a good sleep!! Had to park the car somewhere near the B&B, but it was no problem at all to find a space nearby. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of things on offer. Stuart, Sylvia and Tracey were very friendly and helpful at any time.
