Hi Chloe and the team are again excellent. We have stay these past 2 years as a group. Look for forward to staying again in 2026. Restaurants, rooms, reception are good. We enjoyed the restaurant and menu very much. Breakfast is always excellent.

Still same problem. Very Hot and stuffy . No air conditioning but would not need it as it was a gentle spring day. But also the ventilation did not work. Which caused the hotel to be hot hot hot. Uncomfortable night even with the window wide open

Para no volver. Al lado hay dos hoteles con muy buena pinta y con piscina. La atención del personal fatal (con mala cara todo el tiempo) y no digamos la calidad del desayuno (en el que cuando se agotaba algo no lo reponían). En el baño atascado lavabo y bañera, sin toallas, todo el techo cubierto de moho, sin enchufe y solo uno en la habitación, prácticamente sin armario… Cuando te quejas no te hacen ni caso… Sin comentarios

Une chambre moyennement propre. De la poussière, un pommeau de douche qui fuit et une odeur pas très fraîche en arrivant dans la chambre. L'isolation n'est pas top, la personne étant en charge du nettoyage des chambres est au téléphone dans les couloirs, à haute voix, étant obligée de lui demander poliment de parler plus doucement. Un petit dejeuner classique. C'est OK pour une nuit, de passage, rien de plus.

Une chambre pour deux personnes avait été réservée. Malheureusement nous avions dû annuler la réservation. Je l'ai annulé par téléphone pour expliquer la situation, une employée m'a très bien certifié mot pour mot que j'allais être remboursée des 86.94€. Nous sommes le 02/05 et je n'ai toujours eu aucun remboursement, après plusieurs appels, passages à l'hôtel pour relancer, la semaine dernière, aucune empathie et du coup pas du tout compréhensifs, ils m'ont dit qu'ils n'allaient pas pouvoir me rembourser étant donné que j'avais fait la réservation par Booking. Pourquoi l'employée m'avait certifié que si alors par téléphone... Très très déçue, je vous déconseille...
