This hotel is not at the level of a five-star hotel 🌟 A lot of things to improve in terms of services (services, bedding, comfort) may be due to the fact that the establishment has just opened. Courteous welcome but the receptionists seem overwhelmed...And what about the baggage handler who already seems jaded and unfriendly. The establishment seems to be short of staff, hence the lack of organization. The breakfast is not very varied either (poorly arranged and not classy equipment at all for a 5 * hotel) but correct.🤷‍♀️ The 2 people in service (the same as in the evening at the restaurant) do their utmost and run everywhere. Moreover, we tested the gourmet restaurant which is very good and the service friendly and professional (especially the maître d'hôtel, a plus for the establishment)...Too bad the decor is cold, soulless and charmless. Neutral atmosphere, certainly a choice of the architect but the whole is not warm. Finally, if you like sleeping in complete darkness, do not choose this hotel or plan a night mask 😎!!! You will be woken up in the middle of the night by the outside lighting coming from the bathroom window which passes through the bay window of the shower... Early morning wake-up guaranteed from daybreak!!🙄 And no mattress topper, so, fragile backs abstain! Come on, a positive note to finish: the suspended beds, superb idea and very classy, ​​the swimming pool is beautiful, spacious and the exteriors rather pleasant. Evolution to see in 1 or 2 years!😉

Brand new hotel, very nice, we stayed there from July 9 to 17. We really liked the swimming pool, the calm (maybe a little too much), the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness. To start, when you arrive, there is a closed gate, and no doorbell or code to enter. We had to wait for a car to come out to get in. Then, they want you to sign a paper on which it is indicated that the hotel can take the amount it wants from your visa card. We did not agree. What we did not like is the very small breakfast, never varied and many additional products. And again a lack of organization to serve and clear away. Given the category of the hotel, we would have appreciated a fresh fruit juice, or a little change in the fruits, pastries and cold meats (photos attached). Caesar salad pathetic for the price asked. The rooms are comfortable, well maintained (passage in the morning and after the evening showers). But, the showers are too close to the toilets, too often wet feet when you have to go to the toilet. A coffee machine and a kettle, but no water to use them (just a welcome bottle); It's a shame :-) The cans of soft drinks in the room bar are charged at 5 euros! A shuttle can take us to the beach (10€) and we will have to add the cost of 2 deckchairs and a parasol for 35€.

Struttura molto bella in piena campagna con una grande piscina, arredata con gusto ed eleganza, in tipico stile salentino. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Stanza super confortevole con tutti i servizi possibili e immaginabili. Piscina davvero grande, attrezzata e molto valida. A circa 5 km le spiagge fantastiche di Baia Verde. Qualche problemino con il ceck-in; era stata smarrita la prenotazione e dopo qualche ora di attesa abbiamo avuto la nostra stanza (per fortuna di categoria superiore). Ottima la colazione con una notevole varietà di cibi dolci e salati. Non ho molto gradito il fatto che dovessimo essere noi a fare la fila al bar del ristorante per prendere caffè, cappuccino, ecc; in una struttura a 5 stelle tutto questo non succede. Nel complesso direi bene, ma non benissimo. In una struttura a cinque stelle TUTTO deve essere perfetto. Spero che questa recensione possa essere monito per migliorare.

Découverte sublime de cet hôtel idéalement situé où tout est fait pour se sentir merveilleusement bien, qualité de l’accueil parfait, service irréprochable, chambres spacieuses et confortables, déco très moderne ou parfois les concepteurs ne sont pas forcément les utilisateurs ( cintres dans la deuxième penderie, perchés à 2,80 m de hauteur) un concept original pensé pour les basketteurs américains , qui eux se réjouiront de cette initiative. Petit déjeuner délicieux avec tout ce qui est nécessaire pour bien démarrer la journée Mention spéciale pour l’effort déployé en parlant notre langue quand cela est possible Tous nos vœux de plein succès pour ce nouvel établissement

Struttura molto bella e curata camere grandi belle e pulizia al top , bella piscina con ombrelloni e sdraio , un po’ pochi secondo me, io non ne ho usufruito visto il mare incantevole che c’è in zona , ma di primo mattino già tutte le sdraio occupate da molti clienti maggior parte stranieri che si alzano di primo matto occupare la postazione, S.p.A. Molto carina, 3 km dal mare ma facilmente raggiungibile con mezzi propri, molto rilassante la struttura, ma dal conto mio un pizzico di movimento di musica lo farei , ma è un mio parere, il personale è magnifico, la ciliegina sulla torta e Marco gentilissimo educato è pronto a rispondere ad ogni tua domanda, non ho trovato i pasticcini pugliesi a colazione voleva andarli a comprare di tasca sua pur di accontentare il cliente, un collaboratore così è quasi raro quindi bravo al Propietario x la scelta del personale, ma ripeto un pizzico di vita serali la darei almeno in piscina così da sorseggiare un drink godendosi la struttura

Struttura meravigliosa a due passi da Gallipoli e Baia Verde. Piscina bellissima e arredamento meraviglio, spazi ampi e personale molto gentile. Uno appunto sulla gestione del servizio di pulizia e qualche mancanza alla colazione ma è comprensibile per una struttura che è stata aperta a maggio. Ad ogni modo ogni piccolo problema è stato sempre risolto in modo eccellente e professionale, di conseguenza mi sento di dare comunque il massimo a questa struttura meravigliosa. Sono certo che con il tempo diventerà un'eccellenza tra gli hotel a 5 stelle sul territorio. Nessuna nota negativa sugli aspetti fondamentali del soggiorno. Arrivederci.
