 pulizia e ubicazione ottima, l’unica nota negativa la stanza dove abbiamo alloggiato era priva di uno specchio grande ed era poco illuminata, tant’è che affacciandosi dal balcone eravamo all’interno di un cortile dove il sole non passava

Sorry but this is not a 4* hotel. Its simply an air BnB with a reception. staff very nice - no criticism there. the room we had was 100meters away and it was just a room in a block of flats - really!! wow. the breakfast in the basement was like many hotels and it was terrible, hard cooked eggs and some cakes - so sad for an Italian trip.

Bad wifi, very simple but accurate room, very simple but accurate service; this is a Very Good hotel for a three star hotel but quite modest to be honest for a 4 star hotel

We had a great stay at the property. It is well situated and walking distance from the old town. Plenty of restaurants and cafes around.
Would definitely recommend and stay here again if I return to Gallipoli

The location was excellent. The room as such is ok but the cleaning personnel always forgot something eg. replacing toiletries, toilet paper, changing the bedsheets etc. Breakfast buffet had a very small selection,

Nice hotel, well located and wonderful owner and staff. Few steps away from all restaurants. We were there on a bike trip and the owner was very helpful. This place is perfect, we recommend without hesitation.

Of all my hotels this week this was the poorest and most disappointing . There is nothing positive I can say. Upon arrival I was given a key and taken to a room in a block 100 yards from reception. It was clean and tidy but no more than a hostel room. Breakfast was a waste of time and I couldn’t wait to leave . It may be what to expect in town but will not return for sure. Lady on reception was lovely but that didn’t really help
