Hilton Garden Inn Gallup

Hotel was nice and clean. Check in was not a pleasant experience at all. Jessy was just plain rude. I arrived at 2:50 and check in was at 3pm. She said Housekeeping wasn’t done and it would be at least another 30 minutes & then she reiterated that check in wasn’t until 3pm. I said well that’s in 10 minutes. So it’s still won’t be ready upon check in. We felt like she made an extra effort to make our check in just plain unpleasant and difficult. She was Not even helpful with directions to the elevator. I had to ask where they were located and she just pointed in the other direction. There are lots of other Hotels close. I would highly recommend going to them . Other Family members stayed at the Hampton next store , they had a wonderful experience with Staff and their stay .

This is the third time we’ve stayed here. The staff is so very, very friendly, and everything about the hotel is simply outstanding!

Great location. Offers breakfast and dinner which you pay for, and a bar. Bed was superb.

My room was very clean. Comfy bed. After camping for the previous 2 nights, this bed was amazing!

Staff were good. Bed was great. No hand soap in the bathroom. Had to pay for breakfast. For the price, expected more. Was nice to have a restaurant in the hotel.

The room was overly warm. The heat was never turned on. Unable to get cool even when it got down to 19 the next morning. The pillows were made the heat even worse.

The hotel cleanliness and staff were very good. The only issue was noisy guests outside and inside late at night.

Room was disgusting Water damage on cabinets in bathroom which was unsettling Overall disgusting
