Super 8 by Wyndham Galveston

It was clean and comfortable. Not ideal for guests on foot as there are no sidewalks directly in front but otherwise I would recommend as it served our needs perfectly well.

Very nice. Especially for the price. Not far from the seawall and customer service is awesome.

My room was not cleaned well. I found food items left behind. There was hair and dirt on shower walls had not been cleaned. The bed was very hard, and the sheets were stained and looked terrible.

Poor facilities. Poor attitude. Poor service. Assigned to occupied room and sent to keep trying multiple times before a woman screamed at staff trying to enter using master key. Told no rooms available after that, then assigned to supposedly staff emergency room, which smelled of mold. Discussed with staff, then assistant manager, who had an attitude and said “so, did you end up in a room?” as if to suggest that the experience getting to a moldy room was a non-issue. Very argumentative, attempted to justify company/staff issues as if that was my concern. If this place tries to charge more than $79-100 for its 1.5star accommodations, you will be paying too much.

Good but not great. Location was convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Just basic hotel rooms. The pool was popular with many guests. Great for a one night stay. Short walk to the beach. Breakfast was chocolate chip muffins only. There is a Waffle House in front of the property and a McDonald’s a short walk towards the beach.

Clean rooms quite area the young lady at the desk was very pleasant to do business with she was really sweet and very informative.
