"We were a little weary when we read the reviews but overall, everything was great! Didn’t see any bugs in our room, beds were neatly made with fresh linens and plenty of towels for all of us. The breakfast was amazing with eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy and the waffles made fresh and plenty of coffee and juice! I’m not hard to please when it comes to a place to lay my head but this stay exceeded my expectations."

This trip to Galveston, booked through Ctrip, completely exceeded my expectations, leaving me with wonderful memories! 🏨 Room Experience: The room was spacious and bright, with a great sense of space, excellent natural light and ventilation, and complete facilities that were very well maintained. It was comfortable and reassuring, truly living up to the Hilton brand standard. 🍳 Breakfast Experience: The breakfast selection was amazing! Hot and cold dishes, drinks, and desserts were all available, the taste was great, and the ingredients were fresh. I was able to start each day with a satisfying meal – so fulfilling! 👩💼 Service Experience: The front desk staff were warm and professional. Check-in and check-out were efficient and smooth, and their friendly attitude throughout made me feel very welcome. A huge thumbs up for their service! The transportation is excellent; the hotel offers airport/pier shuttle service for a fee, but the price is reasonable. Walmart, Kuge Supermarket, and Randalls are all within a 10-minute walk. Special thanks to Ctrip for the convenient booking, and thank you to all the hotel staff for their attentive service. This stay was perfect! I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Galveston, and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling here!"

"The hotel is clean, big, ( even the washroom), with great ocean view Balcony.. it only just need extra careful ( of course) when crossing tye road , if you want to explore the beach... The location may a bit far from the downtown, if you need to explore more the town... but it has a closer theme park, Moody Garden ,which is very nice place to visit for a day... They have a ready , trusted , recommended transpos, if you need too.."

"Great location near the beach, but the bay view from the hotel is only from the 5th-floor windows; ours overlooked the parking lot. On the downside, the water pressure is very weak and the air conditioning is incredibly noisy, which we had to turn off at night. The pool and water fountains are out of order, but the renovations are fairly recent, plus there's a decent breakfast with classical music and a large gym. The Wi-Fi is spotty."
