"We had a comfortable stay at the resort in Sonmarg. One of its biggest advantages is the excellent location, situated just opposite the pony point for the Thajiwas Glacier trek, making it very convenient for visitors planning local sightseeing. The room was spacious and comfortable; however, the bathroom was disappointing. The jacuzzi appeared to have been installed more for appearance than functionality and was not well maintained. We would advise guests to avoid booking rooms with a jacuzzi. Additionally, the shower area was poorly designed, and taking a shower would leave most of the bathroom floor soaked with water, which was quite inconvenient. The front office staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant served reasonably good food, and the service provided by the restaurant team was excellent throughout our stay. Housekeeping was above average and ensured that the room remained clean and comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the resort comfortable, with good food and a great location. However, the poorly designed and inadequately maintained bathroom facilities need significant improvement."
