The hotel is located within the shopping center and walking distance to Jungang market. The hotel receptionist helped us to call for taxi to Gyeongpo Beach and the taxi fare shared by 4 of us is very reasonable 👍

The hotel is closed to many restaurants nearby. The room is tidy with free water. Staff is helpful and the checkin is very smooth.

Location was decent - walkable to the city centre and market. Room was spacious for 2 adults with luggage but walls were thin as we could clearly hear our neighbors talking and laughing. Service was functional - not great but not bad either.

They provide laundry services for 10,000won. and cleanliness was maintained throughout the trip. However, the toilet was located in a separate area from the shower area which makes the interior a little weird since you would need to go to a different area to wash your hands after.

Room semi circle layout is a bit weird; no bathroom door. Signs of water damage along the bay window. Feels dated. ***The car valet made up for it, professional korean hospitality. You are the star of this hotel. **

Location was about a 10minutes bus ride away from gangneung station and the bus terminal, but note that the hotel was a 5 minutes walk away from the bus stop. It's also about a 7 minutes walk to the market so there's plenty of food options. Room was pretty clean apart from some dust at the seating area around the curtains. As the room is filled with big windows and my room is opposite a mall, it gets pretty hot and no privacy so the curtains have to be closed most of the time so that's a pity. Service was good and they allowed me to check in early when I reached at 1230pm. Hotel feels safe and secure as the lift needed key access. Amenities was great as there was toothbrush, conditioner, lotion, scrub, bathrobe, room slippers.

6 mins taxi ride from Gangneung station. We stayed 4 nights here, & we went to 3 different places from here up to mountains & riding cable cars

Enjoy our staying here. Convenient location go market, shops, restaurant. Front counter staff friendly and helpful to recommend BBQ, sauna, booking transport.

I stayed at Gangneung Hotel for three nights and had a great experience from start to finish The Hotel is absolutely stunning! Staff was excellent!

The staff was pretty friendly and helpful. For the room itself, it was definitely spacious and clean. Not a fan of the toilet design though. Would be nice if the toilet bowl had one of those built in sprays and the toilet bowl wasn't separated from the sink. If someone was taking a dump and wanted to wash their hands after but someone else was using the shower, they can't wash their hands. The shower space itself was pretty cramped too, with nowhere to place items like phone or a new set of clothes. I think an area that is protected from the water should be made for people to put their new clothes or other items like phones. Would be nice. Charging outlets that support the universal charging plug type can also maybe be built near the beds so guests can charge their devices nearby.

It's decent, the location is great, and the environment is fine.
