The management is extremely poor. From the moment you walk through the door, pass the restaurant, and go to the room, the lights in the hotel are turned off. Is this to save electricity? Although it was the first working day after the May Day holiday, such management was very disappointing to customers who paid the same price; 2. Service staff issues. I don't eat spicy food, but the breakfast I received was all spicy. I couldn't eat it. I told them the day before that I had to go out and needed it delivered by 7:30, but it was delivered by 8:30. The most frustrating thing was that I had diarrhea and fever the next day. It's hard to judge. I can't say that the hotel food is bad, but the heavy oil and spicy taste are something that people who are not used to in other cities should pay attention to.

5月份入住的，是個非常不錯的酒店，前台服務非常好，客房也很積極，周邊也有玩的地方，門口有條小溪，就是遊客太少了！

酒店環境很舒適，對面就是冶力關旅遊服務中心，很方便。尤其要感謝一下五月二號上班的前台小姐姐，很貼心，表揚表揚👍

房間的洗手盆獨立擺在一邊確實不太方便，方形馬桶沒有標準馬桶坐着舒服。沒有空調確實感覺不太好，房間裏7月底入住還是有點熱。 景色不錯，房間陽台正對着冶力關遊客服務中心。員工的服務態度也還好。

設施：很新，在當地來説是高檔酒店了 衞生：乾淨整潔 環境：酒店環境很好，從房間裏就能看見優美的自然風光 服務：好，熱情周到 就是早餐不是自主有點兒不太好，確實避免浪費。但是對於衹吃麪包或者愛吃點兒蔬菜沙拉的不太友好
