I loved my stay here so much. The hotel is clean, the staff friendly and the location is excellent.
I've learned from experience to be skeptical when hotels claim to offer western breakfast especially in smaller cities. That usually means white toast bread and some sausage. But I gotta say this time I was pleasantly surprised and I was happy with the offered options.
While here make sure you check out their sky bar/lounge. Really nice views.

The service was very attentive. As soon as I parked, they came all the way to help me with my luggage. The staff were very friendly and helpful with my requests. For example, if I didn't like the smell of smoke in my room, they would change me to a smoke-free one. The towels were white and clean, and the bed was the most comfortable. Overall, it was great.

I chose this hotel for a business trip. I was actually worried after reading the reviews, but after I checked in, it was actually very good and not as bad as I thought. I was upgraded to an executive king bed room with the privilege hotel. The hotel facilities and equipment are really good. I especially like the hotel's oversized bathroom. The hotel has a washing machine and dryer, and the service is actually very good, which I think is very good.

衞生有多馬虎，請看一下圖片：
1、鏡子沒擦乾淨
2、浴室牆面明顯的頭髮
3、寫字枱燈上某位客人飄逸的頭髮絲
其他問題：
1、裝修味道嚴重，9樓的房間，幾號忘記了
2、進房間，熱得很，一看空調都沒開，室內温度29度多，此次外出旅遊唯一一個沒有提前開好空調的酒店
3、攜程預訂備註好提前拼床了，但是酒店前台告訴我他們看不到攜程留言？那其他酒店怎麼能看到呢？
4、衞生間的台盆冷熱水安裝反了！低級錯誤！
5、衞生間抬頭一看，網線裸露在外面。
6、九樓出電梯，地面上還有誰吐的檳榔。。（此人素質低下），但是保潔看不到嗎？
總結：雖然價格相對其他五星酒店便宜的多得多，但這個是地域城市問題，衞生服務還是要對得起五星才行！

早餐豐富，蝦餃鳳爪燉湯……吃不完
環境：非常好，性價比高，花灑水壓充足洗澡舒適，就是人太多，遇到旅遊團一堆人
酒店門口外面有賣酒店大廚的炒菜，量多優惠，甲魚才48一份滿滿當當，牛蛙38，白米飯也好吃，打包在酒店吃性價比高

房間不錯，設施也比較新，就是前台辦理的小姐姐也沒提醒入住送的下午茶及晚上還有酒吧送的雞尾酒或咖啡，雖然是送的也不值錢保就是體現了酒廒店的服務理念及以人為本的經營模式，還是我入住後突然想到了才打電話到前台問才知道有下午茶不過已經過點了。酒店説第二天的下午也可以但誰會為了下午茶而延遲退房呢，其他的都不錯，總體服務水平不錯！早餐的味道還可以，但由於小孩子亂跑又拿了食物又放回去少服務員看場之外導致有點失望，其他的來去匆匆沒多大注意‼️
