They didn't speak any English and were not very handy with any translator. Despite that, some cleaning (or accommodation? I was not sure about their role) ladies tried her best. I had to change the room twice cause they were both on the ground floor and they had humidity and fungus. Luckily the one I finally got was better but with mosquitos, yay!
Good point, everything was pretty clean in the room and the AC (so necessary at this time) worked pretty well.

設施：酒店設施設備齊全、完好，空調製冷效果好，洗澡水大，有自己的院子停車很方便。
衞生：酒店衞生乾淨整潔，窗明幾凈。客房服務員衞生打掃的乾乾淨淨，物品擺放整齊，尤其是住客房打掃一樣認真對待，這點在其它酒店很難做到。
環境：酒店環境好，有氣派。
服務：酒店服務無論前台和客房服務員都態度和藹可親。保安大叔很盡職。
現在淡季，有特價房，一百出頭點的房價性價比簡直太高了，雖然不帶早餐，但是大門口就有酒店的餐飲店，可以去那裡吃早餐，價格實惠。
上海來江西一路自駕遊的，贛州玩了3天，本來住一天，後來又連續了2天，印象很好。

這家賓館是老牌3星賓館，位置非常好，離各景點都很近，共享單車都是10分鐘以內就能到達，步步高商城，人民巷，美味情緣，老三樣等步行12分鐘就能到達，酒店門口就有公交站，交通非常方便。酒店設施，衞生，服務也很好。

賓館有個前院，環境整潔，設施齊全，房間空間不是很大，房間隔音不太好，隔壁打電話都聽得清楚，超過指定人數入住酒店不提供多的一次性用品😂，但是價格很實惠！離福壽溝博物館那塊和步步高商城很近，走路一公里就到了，周圍環境比較安靜，不是鬧區。

看得出是有點歷史的老式酒店，維持得不錯。房間乾淨，位置很好，安靜，走路幾分鐘便是中聯商城步行街。
只是房務有點疏忽，浴室去水有堵塞，原來是去水器未清理好，自己翻開清理有點噁心。
復活節假期遇上戇州考試，房間提價不少，洗手間有點小，早晨普普通通罷。總括來說滿意的一次住宿。
