Hotel rooms are provided with smart service but command language to run devices are only in Chinese language. no option for English language and no menu service is provided in room to order food.
Staff will knock once or twice on your door, if you don't respond they will directly open your room.

房間內設施佈局很不錯，衞浴乾濕分離，還有專門的化粧台接着洗漱台，靠窗的沙發、桌子、客廳都很寬敞，通透性很好。
與香江文華酒店共用55樓高空早餐廳，餐食豐富，類比4星級的服務和配置。白天和晚上是西餐廳，過生日或者節日聚會都超級好。另有天際soho酒吧，晚上去坐坐休閑下，性價比也高。
交通方便，樓下萬象城、第五大道等商業體和小吃街商業氛圍濃，美食選擇性多。
