Everything was good, except that our tiolet was chocked and that gave us some convenience.
The room was warm and cozy something we appreciate a lot because of the freezing cold weather.

整體不錯，位置很好找，就在317國道邊。前台服務態度很好。乾淨衞生，地暖空調足夠給力。手持淋浴花灑壞了，建議及時更換維修。房間就可以看對面雪山，日出，巴適。

酒店前台以及客房服務員安保服務都很好，到了酒店就幫我們提行李，酒店給我們打了電話説提前幫我打開地暖和空調非常好，本來高原上就很冷，幫我們開了地暖和空調，房間裏面很暖和，我説我們要去樓頂拍照，幫我們保安幫我們帶上去了，雖然那個時候樓頂風很大，拍照拍的不是很清楚，但感覺還是不錯的，酒店有洗衣機和烘乾機停車場也非常大。下次繼續住這裏

最近一次出行選擇了甘孜縣福天海假日酒店，體驗超棒，必須點贊！酒店的服務非常出色，工作人員熱情周到，總是帶着真誠的微笑，讓人如沐春風。無論是辦理入住還是在住宿期間尋求幫助，他們都能迅速響應並高效解決問題。房間的每一個角落都打掃得乾乾淨淨，床鋪整整齊齊，衞生間也沒有任何水漬或異味，完全符合我對衞生的高標準要求。
設施設備更是齊全，特別值得一提的是負一樓的洗衣機和烘乾機，為天天忙於工作中的洗衣需求提供了極大便利。而且工作人員還會主動協助，確保我們能順利使用，這一點真的太貼心了。這家酒店強烈推薦給各位旅行者！

第一次入住 看網上的評分也比較高、就打算來體驗一下，因為做了一天的車比較累 、下車時東西比較多 ，前台小姐姐態度特別好的問候幫我們拿行李，停車也非常方便，房間設施齊全 ，很乾凈 ，幸運的是剛好趕上了甘孜的初雪❄️ 很好看特別激動 ，🥰這次入住我非常滿意，環境和衞生很好 ，服務周到推薦大家去哦✅真的很棒👍下次還來

一進大廳酒店很乾凈整潔。服務員態度很好。 保安還幫我們拿行李，非常熱情。到了房間裏面乾淨整潔。設施設備齊全。空調地暖加濕器都有。負1樓還有洗衣機和烘乾機。每個電梯門口都有加濕器非常好。下次還來住。
