Overall, my stay was fantastic. The hotel lobby was grand and bright, and the room was tastefully furnished with a cozy sofa, well-equipped facilities, and the staff were very friendly. It looked beautiful at night with all the lights on.

The facilities in Block A are quite old. The bathroom is tiny; bath towels easily fall into the toilet. Also, they don't call to confirm expenses, showing a lack of service awareness. This really needs to be improved.

Old hotel in classic Chinese luxury 90’s style, needs some renovation, but quite clean. A lot of shops and restaurants on ground level - a little bit hard to find the elevator and room. Breakfast really good. Nice location in city center.
