The staffs are accomodating.  The place is simple yet comfortable enough for a family of four.  Definitely will be back again.  Thank you Asia Jem for such an amazing experience.

Very nice hotel near to attraction, room is big and bathroom is big and clean.    Next to 24 hrs grocery store.

Cheap price, and also near the tourist spot accomadation just 3mins from our hotel. I suggest you can also provide complimentary slipper since you have other amenities like soap, toothbrush,shampoo and towel. No window. Because i requested near to the elevator. And also the breakfast quite good. They will serve the time you requested. Overall stay 10/10 . And ohh, there room was automatic. If you leave the room and remove keycard the electricity will automatically turned off. That’s a BIG YES. To conserve energy while there’s no people inside the room.💯 efficiency.great job guys.

the room is spacious and location was great, it was on the center Gapan. what I dont like is we are a family and I need to register everyone details with their phone no. and address so time consuming and also the breakfast is 30minutes late. overall is good

The hotel is new and clean, which we appreciated. However, there were a couple of issues that affected our experience. First, no slippers were provided in the room, which is a basic amenity we expected. Second, and more importantly, we requested an invoice for our stay, and although one was initially provided, the receptionist later informed us that it was a mistake and that the hotel is not responsible for issuing invoices — claiming that the Agoda receipt would be sufficient as proof. This is incorrect. For tax and accounting purposes, guests often require a formal invoice from the accommodation provider. The hotel should review the relevant rules and regulations, including those under ADA or local tax laws, regarding invoice issuance responsibilities when bookings are made through platforms like Agoda.

Clean and neat, water heater is not working, wifi is very poor signal

The place was surprisingly clean and well kept. The price is cheap, and there’s a free breakfast with drinks included. Value for money, indeed! Will be back for sure!

friendly courteous staff and guards, air-conditioning is good but noisy though it's brand new , some kind of machine noise above my room intermitently. gd location in a quiet area, new and clean building, nice bed, vy clean toilet and room.

Budget friendly hotel! Located at the city center. Novo mall in front. Parking onsite. Walking distance to the delicious Luz Restaurant. And short ride to the tourist spot Lumang Gapan. Clean, new & spacious room. New towels & beddings. Toiletries provided. But no slippers & bottled water. No refrigerator but it’s ok for short stay. Bathroom heater is good. Plated breakfast is available.

Clean, accessible, has a lot of parking space. Will book again nxt time
