The initial communication through Trip.com wasn't handled well by the hotel, which left me quite unhappy upon my return. Trip.com's attitude and sincerity were demonstrated in other ways. If the hotel facilities are good, it's worth staying, but it really depends on your luck.

Breakfast had old and dry bread, service ****** they dont service you at the breakfast table nothing, big dissapointmeny, also the iron stained my shirt

Comfortable, good quality-price, close to public transport.

The hotel is very close to the Technical University of Munich's School of Engineering. The surrounding area is a bit out of the way, so it's better if you're driving, though there is a subway station nearby which makes getting around convenient. Breakfast was plentiful, and the room was quiet and clean.

For BTS concert

breakfast was decent. service was good as well. If you need ice, you have to go to the bar on ground floor, which was a little troublesome.

modern room but missing amenities (razor etc) and no laundry service provided by this hotel ( we need to go the hotel close to it).

It’s a convenient hotel between airport and city. Stayed there during a night when I missed my flight connection in MUC. Have not been able to try many facilities. Value for money was good.

It's pretty good. The location is a bit cheaper, but it's pretty good. There are a lot of people staying here. It was a bit cold when I came. Overall, it's okay. It's very close to the subway.

🌟 This stay was so satisfying I couldn't resist recommending it! From the moment I opened the hotel door, I was enveloped by the gentle aroma and warm light. The front desk lady smiled and handed me welcome cookies. The words, "Thank you for your hard work," warmed my heart. The room was even more amazing than the pictures! The oversized floor-to-ceiling windows faced the city/landscape. In the evening, leaning on the bean bag to watch the sunset, even my breathing slowed down. The bedding was so soft it felt like wrapping myself in a cloud. Even I, who usually sticks to my bed, slept through the night. Even the air conditioning was perfectly adjusted. I love the details! If I had to point out a downside... it was that I was reluctant to leave when I checked out! This place will definitely be my top choice next time I visit. ✨

Although it's a bit far from downtown Munich, it's easily accessible via the U6, so there was no inconvenience whatsoever. The hotel facilities were clean, and the staff were friendly.
