"The room was in ordinary condition, the remote control had no batteries and there was no drinking water. Remote location. But very close to the subway station. The service attitude is very good, but not professional. I booked an extra bed room and there was no extra bed when I checked in. After going downstairs to inquire, the front desk called the relevant personnel before starting to apply for the extra bed. After staying for two nights, the room key card expired at noon on the second day, so I couldn't open the door and had to run down to the front desk. The attitude of the restaurant downstairs is also average. It is probably too busy because there are too many customers. I can only say that the price is seriously not worthy of the location and facilities of this hotel."

"After the concert my daughter had visited, she suddenly felt very bad. We had to call the emergency doctor. The doctor was accompanied by the hotel staff directly to our room so that he could take care of her immediately. Later, the staff asked again about my daughter's condition to make sure she was better and she had everything she needed. When my daughter later wanted to eat something light, like fruit, it was even made available for us free – and that on a Sunday, where everything was actually closed. We felt very well cared, safe and supported in this situation. Thank you to the careful staff who has helped us so friendly at this moment."
