It is located at the Yaupon Beach access and just steps from the ocean. This beach home has three bedrooms and two-and-a-half-bath. Guests are provided added security for motorcycles, bicycles, and golf carts with an extra large ENCLOSED two-car garage. Several beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys, and umbrellas are available for guests to use during their stay. The home has great views and a covered balcony on the main level with an additional uncovered balcony off the master bedroom looking over the ocean. The living area, eat-in kitchen, and half bath are on the second level. The kitchen has lots of counter space and stainless steel appliances. You can use the gas grill for fresh seafood, steak, etc. while taking in the Atlantic Ocean breeze.Located upstairs, the master bedroom has a queen size bed with a full bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed while the third bedroom has a full. A full bath is also located upstairs which is shared with the second and third bedrooms. The home is a block away from the Garden City Pier which has food, drinks, and live entertainment nightly. Several restaurants are within a golf cart ride away along with arcades and ice cream shops for the children. The Murrells Inlet MarshWalk is a 5-minute car ride away which offers several great dining options along with live entertainment nightly. For added entertainment, golfing, parasailing, sunset cruises, state parks (Brookgreen Gardens and Huntington Beach), charter fishing, scooters, golf carts, and jet ski/ boat rentals are available in the inlet, as well. The third bedroom shares two sets of bunk beds, so you can pile all the kids into one room for vacation while the adults have their own spaces. Since the house is elevated, there is an additional 1,500 sq ft of living space underneath complete with a large outdoor shower/changing room, a dry bar, a bench swing, life size Jenga, parking, a guest beach storage closet and a nice yard to play in. We are less than a 1 minute walk to the beach or a 10 second golf cart ride to the beach. There are slight beach views from the house through other raised homes. The Garden City Pier and Sam’s Corner is about a 5 minutes walk. Close enough to have fun but far enough to not hear the noise. This house is South of the Pier so it’s located in a nicer area without the busy traffic or noise from the hotels and condos on the north side of the pier. Being the third house from the beach helps to protect from strong winds, the heavy traffic on Waccamaw, and also brings the addition of sunset views. If you have kids this is the perfect centrally located beach rental with less traffic and ample outdoor space for the kids to play safely. Bring your fishing poles or rent them on Garden City Pier for some great fishing. Let the kids play in the arcade on a rainy day or grab some ice cream and walk the pier. Most visitors to Murrells Inlet use golf carts to get around, so it’s easy to visit Surfside restaurants, surf shops, grocery stores and fresh seafood markets.
