Cockroaches running, phones/safe box broken, stinky, etc, you guys better avoid this hotel. This hotel need to be closed!

no airport shuttle bus, no bottled water available for purchase. at front counter, they posted: we have to right to refuse to serve anybody:(
Have been lived in hotel in Many coutries through the years, Their service level is way under normal level....
when Booking the rooms, i left a notice : need a quiet room. When arrive, i readress my needs again. The girl at the front counter said nothing but assigned me a room. Turned out they gave me one end room and next to the crossing street. I went back to front counter and ask for swiching. they said no same level room, only can upgrade. but in that corridor there is ******** or smoking smells, and there are plenty of empty rooms of double beds.
I nearly didn't sleep the whole night after 30 hours on international trip and went airport at 3:30 am in early morning. Shame on the hotel for no service and ignoring customer's needs

Ramada by Wyndham Hawthorne is a fair way from LAX airport, its a older style hotel,.
Did not provide any breakfast, our King Size bed was old, the room carpet was very old.
Bathroom supposed to be Disabled Friendly, in this day and age, this means walk in shower, no climb over edge of bath tub and grab rails. This is not good for a 77 year old lady, who has balance issues.
No way I would ever stay here again or recommend to friends.
No hotel shuttle to or from LAX is another issue that needs addressing!

The location and price was worth the stay.
It is dated. Rooms could use some remodeling. Wall paper was peeling off the wall. But the bed was clean ind was good for an overnight on my way to LAX.

No Wifi signal and the air-condition cover was broken even it work well😅. The glass table was so awful !!

Is pretty good hotel, it's easy to get from airport and back to airport with no traffic, polite manager who kept our iPad for more then one week, as we forget in room, highly recommend if your staying for 2-3 days .
