This is a special place.
Stunning property, meticulously maintained and managed, with genuinely warm service (not universally the case with 5* in Italy). Expensive but you get what you pay for. It’s superb.
Only downside is that it’s a historic property and you need to accept - ideally, welcome - its quirks. But the things that matter - plumbing, electrics and HVAC - all work faultlessly.

We recently vacationed in a villa with our family, booked 2 rooms, the place is very beautiful and the nature of Lake Garda is truly magnificent!
But!!! A situation happened, a very unpleasant one, in one of the rooms in the closet, we left a men's T-shirt, my gift to my husband! I wrote to the hotel asking to give it back, we are ready to come back for it! They don’t know anything and haven’t seen anything ((( How so??? The Italian Hermes T-shirt has disappeared.... I ask them to check the cameras, who cleaned the room!!??? Silence... the item was simply stolen(((

It is a 2-hour drive from Venice Airport. The lakeside environment is beautiful and clean. The hotel has a Michelin restaurant, and my wife is very satisfied.
The facilities in the entire room are quite satisfactory and are relatively new and clean in Europe.
I went to a SPA and the service was okay. The swimming pool is relatively small, and the entire hotel is not large.

Hotel Grand Fasano was an absolute dream from start to finish. The views over Lake Garda were breathtaking—truly something out of a fairytale. Our room was exquisite: beautifully appointed, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The food and service were top-notch, with every meal feeling like a special occasion. What really stood out were the thoughtful touches for families: a fun candy bar in the lobby that our son adored, a pool with a slide and even a secret passage that added a sense of adventure. The spa was a peaceful retreat and the perfect way to unwind. Every detail, from the luxurious amenities to the warm, attentive staff, made our stay unforgettable. We can’t wait to return!

Beautiful, historic Hotel. We enjoyed our three nights stay in a Deluxe room with Lake view. The room was spacious and comfortable, with the extra bonus of a small balcony to take in those beautiful views. The hotel is in a lovely location just a short stroll into the town and very close to Lido 84. We hired a boat one afternoon and spent a couple of hours on the lake which I would certainly recommend. The staff are very helpful and dealt with one query we had very efficiently. Dinning is very good, plenty of choice at breakfast and enjoyed on a beautiful terrace. The Michelin starred restaurant, Il Fagiano is also with a visit.

Without doubt the best run hotel my wife and I have ever stayed at. The hotel swoons class the staff are extremely professional and courteous. The views are stunning we had an executive lake view bedroom the best room we have ever stayed in. I can't rate this hotel highly enough. Joel in reception is an asset to the hotel he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in planning days out etc. We will be going back next year and can't wait.

We stayed in this hotel in room 115 (with a lake view) for 3 nights. Everything about the hotel was fantastic. The view was fantastic, the room was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with every option possible. Food was amazing and beautifully presented. Every staff member we encountered was exceptional. We will definitely return.
