Great location on the outskirts of town but easily walked from the station in the summer/autumn, just be aware of the hike up a steep trail to the entrance - there is an alternative! Food was wonderful - great variety in the buffet breakfast and dinner. Staff were very friendly and helpful; they make you so welcome. At the back of the hotel are trails with fabulous views of Zugspitze and Alpspitze; you can hike the old bob sleigh run, too. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return.

訂的時候沒太注意，本來以為是個民宿類酒店，沒想到是半山腰一個很大的五星酒店，風景無敵，酒店外的草坪上可以看到阿爾卑斯山和湖泊。這裏直接有上山的徒步路線。早餐也非常豐盛，停車方便。

酒店在楚格峯山腳下，需要開一小段山路，酒店邊上有一個小的湖泊，風景非常美，去往楚格峯的火車站需要步行15分鐘，酒店的設施稍稍有點舊，但整體衞生和服務很好，早餐偏向西式，種類還可以，整體值得推薦！

Ein wunderschön gelegenes Hotel, super Ambiente und ein herrlicher Spa Bereich. Wir fahren auf jeden Fall wieder hin. Frühstück und Abendessen waren spitze.
Organisatorische Dinge, könnten noch etwas besser und reibungsloser funktionieren.

Der Empfang ist freundlich. Das Hotel liegt wunderschön am Riessersee mit Blick auf die Berge ode GAP. Von hier aus kann man zu schönen Wanderungen starten. Im Sommer lädt der See zum Baden ein.
Wir waren vor paar Jahren wintersport scho mal hier.
Wir hatten ein Maisonette und das war richtig toll... und 2Balkone mit Blick zum See. Alles sauber und ordentlich.
Das Frühstücks-Buffett läßt keine Wünsche offen! Man kann auch außen nett sitzen.
Im Spa- Bereich Saunen... und Pool sowie kleiner Whirlpool - von hier Zugang zur Sonnenterrasse.
Behandlungen kann man auch buchen.
Im Seehaus bekommt man Leckeres und sitzt schön.
Uns hat es sehr gefallen.
Wir werden wieder kommen.

Eins vorweg: Das Frühstück war das beste das wir je in einem normalen Hotel hatten! Das Bett war bequem, es war nachts super still und man kann direkt vom Hotel aus schöne Wanderungen entlang der historischen Bobbahn machen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Leider war der Bereich um den swimming Pool etwas klein mit wenigen liegen die auch alle besetzt waren.
Abends gab es an der Bar leckere drinks zu guten Preisen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
