This property is close to everything and is in the heart of Gatlinburg. We did not have to use our car since we walked to restaurants shops etc. the surrounding area is full of hotels and restaurants (there's a Cici's pizza) we came in January 20-22 and paid close to $90 for 2 nights. There's a river that runs next to. For our family of four it was perfect, we had a room with one queen size bed and a sofa bed, a whole bathroom, TV, small fridge and microwave. Space was limited but walkable. The only inconvenience is that the bed had only one thin blanket w holes although it looked clean and one thin comforter, the cheap ones, combine that with freezing temperatures and the formula doesn't work. We did bring our own comforter so all in all the room worked for us. They do have heaters in the rooms let me mention that. The whole area looks clean. For breakfast they have a little more than a Continental breakfast. They have only 3 tables next to reception desk, not a lot of space. Overall, for the price I think it's a decent place to stay

Old school motel. Room was clean but a little worn. The towels were washed but stained, and the in general looked tired. New vinyl flooring was a nice addition. Beds were not the most comfortable but not bad for one night. Would stay here again.

The property is older, but is clean. We enjoyed our stay, close to everything. Beds are a little softer than I like, but overall was pretty comfortable. Pleasantly surprised for sure!

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. When we arrived for check-in around 8:30pm the person behind the counter was asleep. Upon waking her we got our key and went to our room. The key would not open the door to the room assigned to us so we went back to the desk to recheck the key. The attendant was asleep again. We had to wake her once more, got new keys and went back to our room which still would not open. Eventually someone inside "our" room yelled it was occupied. We went back to the desk where the attendant was once again asleep and told her the issue. She stated she had assigned us the wrong room, gave us new keys, and we went to our room. Upon entering the room I noticed a large blood-colored stain on the ceiling which caused me some concerns about cleanliness. We left early the next morning and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone due to the experience we had.

Loved how convenient it was to everything. Very walkable. Room had river view which was nice. Could use an extra blanket for the bed, bed and pillows were ok not the most comfortable Ive ever had, but not terrible at all.Bathtub gets slick when showering but clean and water was hot! Wish towels had been alittle thicker but did their job.Would stay again.

Excellent location. This place is a great value for the money. Breakfast was pretty good. The room was clean. The service was excellent. We left for the day and came back to a little bag of extra towels and toilet paper outside the door. We will be booking future stays here.

Had a great one night stay. The room was what was expected minus a little dirty floor (we didn’t even bother calling about it). Loved the location and even got greeted by a bear as soon as we arrived! Breakfast was underwhelming and staff was not present at the front desk when I went to check in or out.
