A lovely hotel, aircraft photographers/spotters paradise! Located right inside the terminal making flying from here straightforward.

The room was clean, tidy and perfectly located. I had a very good night’s sleep on the incredibly comfortable bed. I found it a bit tricky with the shower not having a door or curtain which made the whole bathroom wet when it was used. Other than that, staff were friendly and check in/check out was extremely efficient.

Have a great stay here, the room is clean and is just located at the south terminal.
Even though it is near airport but is not noisy at all.

The room is using smart technology, touch screen on the light and air conditioning. The shower and toilet is not separated. I have requested changing the room as the booking that I have is equipped for disable person. Staff is very help and friendly when dealing with the request.

We had an early flight from Gatwick south. We had three rooms (no windows).
Check in easy, rooms compact but efficient. Bed comfortable. Shower good. Rooms quite. Tea and coffee room.
Very convenient after twilight check in to grab some zzzzz
