The room was so spacious and the counter staff was so friendly & gave me a room near to the terminal.

Excellent location, 5 minutes walk to South Terminal and all undercover. Clean room, very comfortable bed and great shower. Range of bars and restaurants to suit all.

The hotel didn't provide toiletries which surprises us as global travelers. Most, if not, all hotels we ever visited supplied toothbrushes, combs and shower caps! The staff are not too friendly or helpful. The fire alarm went off at 1am, which is a great safety feature but not when it's caused by someone who smokes cigarettes in the hotel. We had to ask about what happened and the staff were not empathetic to the incident which disturbed an already short 5 hour sleep before a flight.

The room is spacious and clean. The only point I needed the reception is to get the staff to replenish the tissues in the tissues box. Maybe cleaning staff did not do a good job. Location is great as it is connected directly to the department and arrival terminals with 10 minutes of walking. Highly recommended for those travelling out of Gatwick Airport in the morning as we took two hours and fifteen minutes from Paddington London. Traffic jam was massive.

If you have a late arrival or early departure to/from Gatwick, this is definitely worth it. Very convenient connection to the passenger terminal and the breakfast buffet (for a fee) is excellent.

For the amount they charge, you would expect 100 per cent for cleanliness . Reception lady, very nice for checkin.

The hotel is super convenient, well appointed and has a great range of rooms especially for families. Recommend highly.

First my room was dirty second I lift my watch ⌚️ and I report to guest relations but they didn't take seriously my smart watch 🙃 poor 🙃 relations

The location and the service was very good on the desk people who was working behind the desk was very helpful and professional I was happy and I will be used Hilton again for my next trip I will recommend it to everyone who has connection from Gatwick to book with Hilton . I will recommend it to my friends and family

Pre-flight stay, quick and easy to book on and out. I would advise anyone who has a Hilton honours card to make sure they register a debit/credit card to their room as when we dined and spent just short of £100.00 we didn't receive points as we paid in the restaurant . On a positive note the concierge Jack went above and beyond with his help and service especially as my partner is disabled, He was highly professional and arranged for passenger assistance the following morning, he said he would be at the room at 08.50 and was exactly on time and helped with all our needs.
