The hotel is quite large and conveniently located near Gatwick Airport's South Terminal, accessible via an indoor walkway in under 10 minutes. Despite its proximity to the airport, there's absolutely no airplane noise, making for a very quiet stay in the room. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds, excellent cleanliness, and complete facilities. The Wi-Fi signal is strong and the internet speed is fast. The staff are also very friendly. Overall, it offers great value for money.

Very comfortable and rooms, my personal experience meant I had a room larger than I needed. I was also placed in a room near a lift as I had an early morning flight. Would recommend

Facilities: The room was great, very spacious and clean, and the bathroom was also comfortable. Cleanliness: Spotless, all water stains were wiped away perfectly. Environment: The environment was nice, but the hallways were very long, making the room a bit hard to find. It's a great place to rest after a flight. Service: The front desk staff were very enthusiastic, but there was no hairdryer.

Early check in and late check out before our flight. From lobby straight to flight check in counter using trolley prepared by the staff all the way from our room. Awesome service!

Very convenient location at Gatwick south terminal near train station.

Getting to the hotel from the airport was a bit tricky due to its large size. The front desk specifically asked for my flight schedule and gave me a room further out. The bed was comfortable, and despite being at the airport, it wasn't noisy at all at night. The decor is a bit dated, but for a transit stay, it offers good value for money.

The location is incredibly convenient. From Gatwick's South Terminal, head towards the car park, take the moving walkway, then the elevator to the first floor of the car park. Exit the elevator and follow the corridor straight to the Hilton lobby. I even saw Saudi Airlines crew checking in. The rooms are minimalist and modern, and the staff are efficient and professional. To get into the city, you can take the Gatwick Express or Southern Line train from the terminal, and it's a quick 30-minute ride to London Bridge.

After exiting the airport, follow the signs to the direct elevator located in the ground floor parking lot. The hotel's location is excellent, the rooms are spacious, and the soundproofing is great. It's definitely the best choice among hotels near the airport.

This hotel was our last stop after exploring London, conveniently located right next to Gatwick Airport. You can walk straight to the check-in counters, which was perfect for our early morning flight. The room was spacious, the bedding comfortable, and everything was clean. Breakfast was also quite good.

Location is ideal for airport. Room on ground floor was good with heavy luggage but disappointed that works on the adjacent multi story car park started early so was awoken by the noise of diggers. Reported to Reception on check out and although apology received I did not get the impression that it would be noted so as to avoid allocation of that room unless absolutely necessary.

We stayed overnight before an early flight from Gatwick. Although the hotel is close to the terminal, the access route is confusing and takes you through a multi-storey car park, which wasn’t very intuitive. We had booked an accessible room via Trip.com as it was the cheapest option. At check-in we advised that we didn’t need an accessible room and were happy to switch to a standard one. The staff did make the change, but it caused an unexpected amount of delay and confusion. The room was clean, warm and nicely decorated. However, the bed (likely a queen) felt much smaller than the king or super-king beds we’ve had in comparable hotels, including the Premier Inn at the North Terminal. Comfort was fine, but space was limited. The bar is located in an unusual atrium area overlooking PVC windows. Despite the odd setting, staff were friendly and the drinks were well prepared. We had dinner at Yokozuna Japanese Steakhouse. The menu leans more towards westernised Asian dishes than authentic Japanese. It was very quiet during our visit. Staff were pleasant, and the food was acceptable, though not particularly memorable. Overall, a convenient option for an early flight, but with some quirks and room for improvement.

Very good hotel, especially if you are using the airport. It literally shares same structure as the airport

Location is within airport . No slippers or bathrobe , vanity kit in room. More like three star hotel . Shame to Hilton.
