Premier Inn London Gatwick Airport (North Terminal) Hotel

Our flight from Paris to Gatwick got cancelled midnight because of bad weather, therefore we unfortunately could not make it to the hotel and the hotel refused to cancel our booking:(

The receptionists are lazy and very poor attitude. The bronze hair lady receptionists were acting as paper boards in front of the booth, they did not provide any services or advices to guests. The staff name was Christina was particulaily poor. Christina was lazy and did not want to work at all. She should be fired from working in the hotel.

One area that can be improved could be the reception can offer choice of early check in with payment when asked about leaving luggage prior to check in time, instead of just replying GBP3 per bag. Otherwise location was great as it really was 4 mins from Gatwick North terminal, food at the bar was good enough. Room was spacious enough too.

Very comfortable. Great location for North Terminal of Gatwick Airport. There is a Costa Coffee in the hotel!

The location was excellent, just outside the airport. The room was clean with very basic amenities. The first room offered had terrible urine smell but they were able to offer a different room on the same floor. The elevators were quite slow and the staff pushed expensive meals in their restaurant. There was no microwave available to heat food purchased from outside.

Location is right next to Gatwick North Terminal. Hotel is very basic and ok for an overnight stay to catch an early morning flight, can’t expect too much. Room seems dusty and not very cleaned. The hotel gets very busy - it was a 2 hour wait for dinner, bar was very noisy and check-in reception was very crowded.  The worst part of the experience is the elevator! Very long wait from lower ground floor to go up to reception floor with long queue of many people with luggages waiting in line
