Built in an eclectic architectural style +a veritable dogs breakfast of different styles) , the hotel sits off a dusty main road in a semi industrial area of car repair workshops and showrooms.
The rooms are well above average size and are spacious and well equipped but throughout the hotel there is evidence of poor maintenance ,and it was hardly possible to plug any item in any socket in the room. Even the electrician struggled to do it. Staff don't have uniforms and demonstrate a real lack of training.. eg constantly knocking and ringing the bell of the room at 22.30 despite a do not disturb sign on the door. As for the food itself it was uniformly excellent.
I always think when a hotel doesn't bring the bill with the food it demonstrates a real lack of professional hospitality standards.
The hotel has a nice lawn large and well kept but the outdoor swimming pool is a disgrace. If you can't maintain a pool and keep it clean don't have one. Murky green water is not inviting for a dip. I overhead another guest on viewing the pool describing it as " a big toilet "
The staff are very friendly and really aim to please and individually I can't fault them especially the friendly reception team but the management of the hotel needs to smarten up their act to improve overall standards

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite booking a room for a peaceful night's sleep, my family and I were subjected to relentless noise from a wedding party that lasted until 3am. Despite multiple complaints to the reception, the loud music continued, and we were told to "adjust" to the situation. My elderly parents and sister, who were with me, couldn't rest at all. To make matters worse, intoxicated guests were shouting and causing a disturbance outside our room. We had to check out early due to the unbearable conditions. It was a complete nightmare, and I would strongly advise against staying here if you value your peace and comfort.

My stay was terrible on many counts. Most importantly, the GM was rude and discourteous and not inclined to take feedback. There are many other issues but the main issue of rude behaviour is the main factor I will never consider this hotel again.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. First and foremost, there was an issue with the water supply in the bathroom—there was no water coming through the taps for a significant period of time, which made it nearly impossible to freshen up or take a shower. When I contacted the front desk about the problem, I received no prompt solution or even an apology. To make matters worse, the breakfast options were incredibly limited and what was available didn't meet basic expectations for a hotel of this caliber. I was expecting a lot more variety and quality for the price I paid. Overall, the lack of basic amenities like water and the subpar breakfast were major letdowns. I won't be returning to this hotel in the future. Very poor service overall.

The room had bedbugs and when I went to leave after only being an hour in the room they refused to give me a refund for the room. Staff was belligerent. Would not stay or recommend.

Well, the property is nice and located on a peaceful place. Staffs over here are well behaved. Room service , food quality all are at par with any 3 star hotel. Cons : Beds are of pretty low quality and AC and TV are installed randomly which takes away room's ambiance.
