Daha önce otelcilik yapmış ve 100'den fazla otelde konaklamış biri olarak söylüyorum ki, ben böyle rezil bir otel, otelcilik anlayışı görmedim, kesinlikle uzak durun. 28 Mart-30 Mart 2022 arası bu otelde konakladım. 28 Mart sabahı otele ulaştığımda ciddi bir sağlık problemi yaşamaya başladım, kalbim sıkışıyor ve ağrıyordu. Durumu daha kötüleştiren şey bu şehre ilk defa ve yalnız başıma gelmiş bir kadın olmamdı, yardım isteyebileceğim kimse yoktu. Kalbimle ilgili yapmam gerekenleri yaptıktan sonra yaşadığım şehre dönüş bileti baktım ama maalesef günde tek sefer vardı ve iki gün sonrasına kadar uçakta yer yoktu. Çok endişeli olduğum ve kesinlikle yalnız kalmak istemediğim için Ankara’dan bir arkadaşıma yanıma gelip gelemeyeceğini sordum, hemen geceye uçak biletini aldı. Bu durum beni biraz sakinleştirince oteli arayıp ücret farkını sormak istedim ve bana “Otele giriş yaparken tek başımaysam ücret farkı ödesem bile odama kesinlikle ikinci birini alamayacaklarını” söylediler. Ben daha önce otelcilik yaptığımı ve bu söylediklerinin kesinlikle mümkün olmadığını bildiğimi söyledim. Bir sağlık problemi yaşadığımı ve durumun aciliyetini de anlatmak zorunda kaldım. 3 ayrı kişiyle konuşup ne kadar zor durumda olduğumu anlattığım halde, hiçbir şey yapamayacaklarını söylediler. Bunun üzerine yöneticilerden biriyle konuşmakta ısrar ettim, beni arayan isim kendisini Odalar Müdürü Ahmet Bey olarak tanıttı. Ben tekrar bir otelin iki farklı kişinin iki ayrı saatte giriş yapmasına izin vermemesinin mümkün olmayacağını söyledim. Yaşadığım ekstrem bir durum olduğu için de ayrıca yardım rica ettim. Ayrıca maalesef, 3 farklı kişiyle konuşup sağlık durumumu anlattığım halde, kimsenin bir ihtiyacım olup olmadığını sormamalarının da kötü bir otelcilik hizmeti olduğunu çok kibar şekilde söylemiş bulundum, söylemez olaydım. Bunun üzerine Ahmet Bey “hanfendi istiyorsanız size ambulans çağıralım, başka bir şey yapamayız” diye telefonda bana BAĞIRDI! Eğer dermanım olsaydı kalkıp otelden gidecektim ama ne ücret iadesi için ne yeni bir otele ulaşmak için uğraşabilecek enerjim yoktu. Otelde kaldığım 2 gün boyunca tek bir nezaket ibaresi görmedim. Ben otelden çıkarken otele 2 kişilik rezarvasyon yaptırmış bir kadın geldi, birlikte kalacağı arkadaşı otele ertesi gün gelecekti ve ona da aynen benim gibi “2 kişinin otele aynı anda giriş yapması gerektiğini söylediler” ve giriş yapmasa da odada konaklaması için teklifte bile bulunmadılar. Kısacası sayelerinde ömrümdeki en berbat otel konaklamasını geçirdim. Bu otelden şiddetle uzak durmanızı tavsiye ederim.

We are very lucky to find the right address in Gaziantep for our team we came to work. We thank the gentlemen Doğan, Gul, Nurdan and all the housekeepers who have not called our house for one day, although we have been away from our house for two months. They have not even been looking for the main hall by hosting my visitors. They took place in our hearts with cleanliness, laughterfulness, sincerity, helpfulness. We are very happy to know that we have taken such beautiful friends and that we always have a house. We will not say we have had no guests. We will miss everyone very much. Thank you for everything, our family of Doğanbey. 🙏🏽

Otel lobisi, asansörleri ve odaları tertemizdi. Konum olarak çok merkezi, görülmesi ve gidilmesi gereken her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Resepsiyondaki arkadaş ve özellikle bellboy Mustafa çok güleryüzlü ve ilgililerdi. Mustafa bey otele girişimizden çıkışımıza kadar olan sürede bizimle eksiksiz şekilde ilgilendi (havaş servisi dahil) Fiyat performans açısından çok iyi bir otel.

The hotel is very good, mainly because there are too few slippers.

Depremin olduğu gün Palmiye Oteldeydik, 5. katta kalıyorduk, deprem ile uyandık sallandık, hiç bir şey olmadı otele, sadece küçük boya döküntüleri olduğunu gördük merdivenlerden aşağı inerken. Otelde olmadığı gibi yakın çevrede de hasar yoktu. Kısa sürede otelin genel müdürü Eyüp Bey geldi kontrolü ele aldı korkmuş misafirleri sakinleştirdi bilgi verdi hemen çay kahve servisi yaptılar. üşüyenler için battaniye yorgan getirdiler. Sonra oteli kontrol edip tüm misafirlere lobide kahvaltı çıkardılar. Eyüp Bey ve tüm çalışanlar sayesinde konuklar güvenle o kritik zamanları atlattılar herkese çok çok teşekkürlerimi iletiyorum. Zaten hizmetinden çok memnun kalıp her zaman tercih ettiğim bir işletmeydi, bu zor anlarda da ne kadar deneyimli olduklarını yaşayarak öğrenmiş olduk. Sağolun varolun.

Good hotel with good service and good location. Friendly staff. There was only a problem with payment. I had paid via Trip.com online. Hotel had not received the payment. Finally, it was well solved

The hotel is situated in the new part of town about 20 mins walk to the historical center (or pay 2.20€ for taxi). The unspectacular and seriously underwhelming entrance is in a side alley behind a prominent Korean car show room (!!!). The lobby looked more like one would expect from a 2 or 3 Star hotel. Not very inviting and seriously needs a face lift. Once up on the floor where my room was things looked a lot better and the room is exactly as shown in the images posted here. Spacious and comfortable. The bed is huge and excellent for a perfect night‘s sleep. Bathroom is attractive and general cleanliness was very very good. The English CNN TV was available but the TV could not pick it up. Small issues with the aircon and safe were addressed and solved within minutes and the manageress was very friendly and obliging. Breakfast is excellent. The staff speaks English. All in all the rooms are very good and I can say that I enjoyed my stay. The hotel should consider an overhaul of the depressing lobby area as when the new adjacent well known brand hotel is completed the Dedeman will have serious competition

Hotel location is super good, you can walk to the local handmade goods market, parking lot, the room is not big but very comfortable, full of new, most satisfied with his restaurant, cheap and delicious, next time to go A choice must be this hotel! This time, because the hotels in the exhibition are full, so the hotel stays every night is different. Holidays, the location on the road is not good, the location of ibis and novel is good, next door is the largest shopping mall in the area, personal favorite is this

We visited Gaziantep first time and because of it choose Hampton by Hilton Gaziantep, like something what we know already from different city’s and countries. We always know what quality of the Hilton will be same everywhere. Wanna say thank you for two guy’s from the reception, sadly don’t know their names. One guy was at my check in, other one at check out date. They was very helpful with amazing level of english language. Recommend.

What made my stay at Pamuk City Hotel was definitely the staff that were very helpful and accomadating to all my needs. From receiving help and interacting mostly with Murat and Edip at the front desk to the darling Zumru that was always so kind in the restaurant. Fayat was another gentleman who deserves credit for being so helpful. Last but not least the night crew were also good to me. Now the actual hotel. The location and value for money are good. Hotel in general has the facilities you need and is clean. The basic rooms could be updated with windows/more ventilation. Some rooms did have the smoke smell hence better ventilation is key to reduce smell for non smokers. If you upgrade from the basic rooms for a small fee I believe you”ll have what you need for a great stay at Pamuk City Hotel. Thanks again to the staff for making my trip and my stay great!
