The room was very big and clean, a very good deal for only 16€/night. The next morning though I understood why it was so cheap, since there were extremely loud construction works going on in the next building, which made it impossible to stay inside the room. But as they did not start before 8 am it was somehow manageable. Apart from the noise it was a very pleasant stay with delicious breakfast and good service! The pool was closed unfortunately.

The building was old and the price was much higher than what I expected

This is just a mockery, not a 4-star hotel! The room, apparently, has not seen repairs since the 90s - everything is old, worn out and unpleasant. The shower leaks, every shower turns into a fight with puddles on the floor. The air conditioner is so loud that turning it on is a nightmare, not a salvation from the heat. And what kind of comfort can we talk about if the room does not even have normal double-glazed windows, single and does not close properly? The noise from the street simply does not give rest - the complete feeling that you are sleeping right on the sidewalk! But the most disgusting thing is the smell of cigarette smoke in the room. It is so strong that it is impossible to fall asleep, and in the morning your head splits. I will never come back here again and I do not recommend it to anyone!

The hotel is located near the Visa Application Centre. Overall it meets expectations. The breakfast was not very varied.

The food is fresh and good, a caring and relevant team is getting smaller.

It is a nice place to stay in Gaziantep for a medium price, where we went to visit. The staff were very helpful, especially Mr. Selahattin, and the lady at the reception was very helpful and friendly. We were pleased, the rooms were clean, and it was a suitable accommodation for a family.

It's a hotel that I don't understand why it has really good reviews. We went to Gaziantebe and came to Syria. Right next to the settlement of people coming from Syria. The city turns gray on the way to the hotel. The looks of people around the hotel are disturbing. It is far from the center of Antep, the rooms are dirty, the toilets are filthy. The housekeepers are Syrian. All the taxis we took in Antep said, "What are you doing in this hotel? How did you find this hotel?" Sounds of music come from an unknown location next to the hotel until 4 a.m. and the sound of music never lets you sleep. There are constant male voices in front of the room door. We went as 4 girlfriends and we couldn't sleep at all, we were very uncomfortable. We put a chair in front of the door out of anxiety. It is not a preferred hotel. You can add a little more to your accommodation fee and stay in nicer places. The only good thing in the hotel was the attention of the staff at the reception. If you choose this hotel, think 5 times.

We stayed in Gaziantep for 3 days. The hotel location is in the worst part of Gaziantep. Let me tell you, it is like the Syria or Iraq you see on TV. When you go into Gaziantep, you realize that you have come to the real Gaziantep. Let me tell you, even the color of the city changes. The hotel is not a family hotel, those who come and go there are not very nice people, you get very ugly looks when entering and leaving the hotel, the housekeepers are Syrian and they do not speak Turkish, the rooms, especially the toilets and bathrooms, are not clean, there are stains everywhere. There is a bar or disco next to the hotel, although there is a ban on music after 1 o'clock, there is music until 4 o'clock at night. When we called the reception, they said that even if you complain, nothing happens. Also, Nurdan hnm and Esra hnm at the reception were very attentive, the breakfast is not bad, but Gaziantep people say it is one of the two worst hotels in Antep. If you want to go here, choose other options, it is not a family hotel.
