By far the worst service I've had so far in 30 years of vacationing for 4stars. The villa has 4 stars, and that may be due to the furnishings and the city center. But who cares about new furniture on vacation? The 2 beaches are about 500 meters away, on Samsung Health it says 900 meters. The restaurant is not 20m, but about 100m, so you have nowhere to drink coffee in the morning. Also, the clothes dryer is in the wet bathroom and cannot be dried. Dry the towels on the blinds on the windows. There is no terrace. The receptionist Ana is never at the reception, she only leaves a phone number and a rude person. I don't know why the villa has such reviews, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, maybe only the apartment. Contents in the villa big zero.

The information provided on the website of Villa Riva and partner organizations is incorrect. The villa is not 100m from the beach, but 920m from the main beach and about 700m from the beach of the Osejava hotel. These data can be checked on google maps. The villa has 4 stars and has neither a terrace nor an elevator up to the 3rd floor, carry your suitcases. The distance to the restaurant is not 10m, maybe by air. There is no where to get coffee in the villa, so you have to go to a nearby restaurant on the Makarska riva. The staff is very unprofessional, the receptionist in the 4-star villa is never at the reception. You have to call her on the phone and since you are roaming, your bills increase enormously. The prices in their restaurant are very high. The reviews and high ratings for this villa are unjustified and probably due to the requirements of the reception. Disappointing.

Amazing! Comfortable and spacious room and the beds were great too as well as the bathroom. This hotel is walking distance to the port and very close to all the restaurants and beaches. This hotel gives 10% of their own restaurant that is a 1-2 min walk away that has delicious food! The lady was very kind only problem was when we tried to pay with card it wasn’t working with her card scanner at first I thought it was possibly my card since it was from America but I tried it at a restaurant and a couple stores and had no problems. Otherwise everything was wonderful and great location.

Lovely little location near the airport, and some nice beaches nearby. The staff are friendly and the room is big. However, you cannot sleep, because the bed is like a plank of wood. I rung the owner at the time and he said noone’s ever complained, yet the reviews disagree. They need to invest in some actual mattresses.

Struttura molto carina ma solo in apparenza per il resto poca sostanza. Pulizia camera non pervenuta, solo cambio asciugamani e non è stato possibile averne un accappatoio. Stanza con poco ricambio di aria e al buio. Personale presente solo in arrivo e partenza. Buona collocazione della struttura ma in zona molto rumorosa. Colazione presso bar vicino con poca scelta e personale sgradevole. Distanza dalla spiaggia non come riportato in descrizione.

Bella struttura esternamente. La nostra camera era situata fuori dall’hotel con un ingresso riservato che dava su la via piccola ma molto trafficata da persone. La finestra piccola dava sulla via e di conseguenza non potevamo aprire le serrande altrimenti eravamo visibili ad ogni passante. la camera confortevole , solo che il personale non ha mai pulito il pavimento della camera e del bagno, le lenzuola e federe in 4 giorni mai cambiati. La colazione è terrificante . Convenzionata con un ristorante a 60 mt dall’Hotel, offriva solo cose salate e troppo condite.. niente dolci se non cornetti freddi del giorno prima. Non si poteva andare prima delle 08.30 con personale non molto garbato e disponibile nei confronti nostri. Unico comodità il parcheggio privato per l’auto.
