Hotel is nice although outside space is being renovated. Had a disappointing spa experience - reception called us 2 hours after we got home that they forgot to charge us half of the price. We paid but it’s very unprofessional for such a supposedly high class/quality hotel. Barely got an apology for their mistake that we agreed to correct but didn’t have to. Will not recommend or be back. Find professionals at another spa/hotel that bills you properly the first time…

We booked a VIP package, this is a well known hotel in Alsace in a fantastic setting. The staff was rude, the room with jacuzzi had no privacy, the food is atrocious, even simple local dishes like choucroute. Wine was not great.

MAGNIFIQUE , super séjour, je recommande bien sur , le centre spa , les chambres ; le personnel au top !!ainsi que la piscine a 31 degré et le jacuzzi ..formidable, n'oublions pas la grotte de sel également ..

J’ai eu le plaisir de profiter d’un moment des plus agréables dans ce spa. L’environnement est propice à la détente, et l’équipe sur place se montre à la fois accueillante et attentionnée. Nouveau spa irréprochable, avec mention particulière au bassin de flottaison ! Le service reste parfait, 2ème séjour pour nous aux violettes et toujours autant satisfaits. Le repas était très bon, copieu. L'ambiance générale est au calme et à la détente . Nous conseillons les yeux fermés cet hôtel spa.
