Great location. Budget friendly.

The room is ok, parking easy to find and free. No breakfast provided but easy to find the restaurant at the same row of shop. The cleanliness for each room is a lot different. Some are clean, and some may need further improvement. Besides, the broad band signal inside the room is very poor. So, needs to use the hotel WiFi if need to access to internet.

The room was comfortable for me and my colleague to stay in though we were skeptical at first, haha. we thought the hotel was a bit off, but it turned out differently! The room is clean, equipped with table, chair, coffee table, mirror as well as their cleaned toilet! Their receptionist are very welcoming and approachable. Thanks! Will definitely choose this hotel again whenever i have a business trip around here.

Initially the air-conditioning is leaking, but the hotel staff replace with new more comfy room. Location is strategic, many shop lots, laundry, pharmacy nearby. But a bit difficult to get halal food in that area

Location is good. Eatery left and right. Cafes such as Zus, Starbucks same row. Family mart right opposite. And there is a pastry/breakfast just across the street. They will collect deposit upon check in so make sure u have cash. The room i booked is small but just nice for 2pax. Anymore than that, it will be very cramp. It has hot water, hair dry, tv, water, coffee n tea. No window and no mini fridge. If you need couple of nights, it has the right amount of amenities you need not you want. Aircond can be loud at night since is a small room. I booked 2 rooms so my parents room had issues with the toilet flush. Bed is soft so might be uncomfortable for some. There is wifi. But hotel location is far from town and jpo. Town by car took us about 30mins if no jam.

The bed sheets and the bed are somewhat old, with some stains that could not be fully removed. Just a heads-up, some of the sockets are loose and not working. However, the overall condition is acceptable. The best thing is there are a lot choices of foods and restaurants around the hotel. The attached was the restaurant that I like 👍🏻

Euwww… Pillow and bedsheet got blood stain and yellow marks. Usually I don’t give bad reviews if it us tolerable, but the room is got was unbelievable

This hotel is conveniently located in Eco Botanic which has a lot of nice food around the area. The hotel is basic but clean and big. The room was comfortable. All in all, good value for the price.

There is 2 small cockroaches in the the bathroom. Overall cleanliness is not that good as well but the price is attractive and the location is good

Room is small maybe because we booked a no-window room. No fridge, no soap bar in toilet. They didn't make-up room even though we requested for it when we left on the morning of the next morning, so no towel changed when we came back on 2nd day.
