Hotel room is spacious and cosy. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful too. Highly recommended for staycation holiday to enjoy and relax.

The rooms are spacious and had impressive designs. Eexcellent front desk staff, fast check in / check out.

We booked the family suite room. One of the bathroom has leakages on the ceiling. Which looks like some kind of horror setup. The wallpaper are also peeling off due to leakages. One of the washroom is blocked as well. The bedsheets are dirty and full of stains. Breakfast buffet area is full of flies and staff is very unfriendly. I asked for a baby chair. He pointed to the area and asked me to get it by myself.

Nice, big and clean room. Clean toilet and hot water available.

Air cond not cold at all. Lucky is clean. Feel like Hostel instead.

Breakfast was decent, and the front desk staff were exceptionally good. All the other staff members were also very polite. I'll definitely be staying here again after the Spring Festival.

overall a pleasant stay it would be better if the room have more sound proofing as we can clearly hear the sound of the vehicles on the road at 0630.

Hotel’s location is good! Near to Lego Land, markets and more

Got into the room and it wasn’t as per description or picture. Called the front desk and he said hotel is full and the room that I booked was not available. I firmly requested to speak with the hotel manager, and 5 mins later the front desk called back and told me to go down and change room. Quite upsetting with his attitude.

- Desk services is not so good e.g. requesting praying mat (sejadah), but never been given to the room.. - The Hotel, still need a amount of deposit.. which was not practice nowadays..

The pillows are old and smelly. Rooms are big and spacious. Multi-storey carpark not sure if safe to park. Saw a car with all wheels removed, don't know was it stolen or removed.
