front desk Services are very kind (women) The cleaner also very kind But the equipment are very old and dirty Already asked to change the bed sheet and blanket , but we get same unclean item ,I guess was they only have this so I also didn't make things difficult for the cleaner I think this hotel does not deserve for 3 star

Stayed 3 days 2 nights at Hotel Nusa CT. The price is affordable and suitable for a short budget stay. The room was basic and spacious enough, but cleanliness and maintenance could be improved. Staff were okay and check-in was smooth. Overall, it’s fine for a short transit stay, but don’t expect luxury

Bad. Just bad. The whole hotel smelled of stale smoke, the aircond were super dusty, the room was dated, some furnitures broken. We started coughing the moment we checked in. Managed to still get a shower before deciding to move out that night. Arrived at 9pm by 10pm we were out of the hotel. Even the staff smoked inside the lobby. Do not book here.
