Das Personal, insbesondere die Dame ab der Rezeption, sind allesamt sehr freundlich, unser Hund war sehr willkommen. Die Zimmer könnten hier und da eine kleine Renovierung vertragen, aber insgesamt hatten wir ein geräumiges Zimmer mit großem Balkon. Der Wellness Bereich ist klein aber in Ordnung, leider konnten wir den Pool nicht nutzen, er war viel zu kalt sodass wir nur 1 mal drinnen waren, sehr schade darum . Insgesamt allerdings war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Die PR und werbung zwei grössen des hauses die versprechungen machen, welche vielfach nicht eingehalten werden. Man fährt ins gelobte land die stmk, kommt jedoch in diesem haus nie an. Ein vom planer unterdurchschnittlich umgesetztes anwesen, gekrönt mit einer leitung wo fernab sicherlich ein investor oder eine gruppe die gmbh besitzt. Ein genusszimmer, sehr nett aber ein kasten – fehlanzeige. In jeder jugendherberge oder günstigem businesshotel gibt es mehr. Die leitung der küche ein scherz. Beginnend vom frühstück mit ausschliesslich aufgebackenem brot und gebäck. Regionale lieferanten/produkte sind angesagt! Dazu gehören auch die vielzahl an bäcker in der umgebung. On top, die pfanzliche butter (flora 1,60 € netto) unter den 3 industriekäsesorten und industriemarmeladen. Aber keine ende, da wäre noch das abendessen. An 2 tagen fisch gemixt mit fleisch und püree, sicherlich der versuch einer fragwürdigen küche in der stmk internationalität zu zeigen. Der blick aus der sauna auf die davor parkenden autos, keine abkühlbecken…. Ein ruheraum unmittelbar bei der grossen aussenterrasse mit schank usw. usw. ich möchte sie nicht langweilen, jedoch warnen. LG
