Wir haben 3 Nächte in diesem wunderschönen Hotel verbracht. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen und verfügt über eine gute Küche. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Ich würde es jederzeit wieder buchen

Le repas n'est pas à niveau, il faudrait leur apprendre à faire de la cuisine, meilleurs sur les pistes. Cela fait 20 ans que nous allons en Autriche , c'est la première fois que nous ne pouvons pas donner un avis favorable pour le repas. A noter le petit déjeuner est correct.

Das Hotel liegt im Ort Stumm. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe dort zum Skifahren. Das Skigebiet ist Hochfügen-Zillertal. Der Skibus zur Talstation hält direkt vorm Hotel und fährt ca. 10 Minuten. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Teils renovierte Zimmer, wie meins. Der PVC-Boden sieht hochwertig aus und ist wahrscheinlich allergikerfreundlich. Mein Einzelzimmer war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Vor allem das Bad war toll. Insgesamt war das Zimmer aber etwas klein. Schrank und Ablagemöglichkeiten waren sehr begrenzt. Gäste WiFi im Haus war vorhanden, mit sehr gutem Empfang und kostenlos. Die Verpflegung war ganz ok. Freundlichkeit im Restaurant hat schon mal variiert. Das war nicht ausnahmslos top. Frühstücksbuffet sowie abends das Salatbuffet waren ziemlich übersichtlich. Die Basics waren vorhanden, keine Frage, aber die Auswahl könnte mehr sein. Beim Abendessen waren die Portionen auch knapp bemessen. Nicht jeder aus unserer Gruppe wurde nach einem anstrengenden Skitag wirklich satt. Trotz aller Kritik, geschmacklich war das Essen zu jedem Zeitpunkt sehr gut. Lecker.

Personal TOP, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Zimmer SUPER TOP TOP !!!!, wurden anscheinend vor ein-zwei Jahren mit viel Liebe renoviert. Das Restaurant ist zweigeteilt ein älterer und ein neuerer Teil. Service SEHR NETT, manchmal ein bissl unbeholfen, ABER das stört nicht, machen SIe mit Charme wieder wett. Hatten sehr schöne Tage dort.

Das Hotel machte bereits von außen einen guten Eindruck. Die Mitarbeiter bis hin zum Chef alle sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer top renoviert ; groß und mit einem schönen Balkon ausgestattet. Das einzige was fehlte war eine Minibar / Kühlschrank … aber das ist im Winter zu verkraften … man nutzt halt den Naturkühlschrank auf dem Balkon. Die Lage top, direkt gegenüber dem Skibus. Das im Haus befindliche Restaurant ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen, egal ob mit HP oder wie Freunde von uns beim a la carte Essen … Alles rundum gelungen mit hohem Wiederholungsfaktor. Fast vergessen : die Elektroladestation rundete den sehr guten Eindruck ab.

wir haben spontan über den Jahreswechsel einen Kurztrip gebucht. Toller persönliche Empfang. sehr umsichtiges und nettes Personal. Leider haben wir nur ein kleines Standartzimmer bekommen - aber es war völlig o.k. Wirklich gute und abwechslungsreiche Küche. Wir kommen gerne wieder:-)

familiaal hotel in het centrum van stumm met prachtige vernieuwde panorama kamers. rijkelijk ontbijtbuffet, lekker avondeten, vriendelijk personeel. Bewust geen wellness om betaalbaar te blijven en dus geen 4 sterren hotel. Skibus stopt voor de deur en brengt u in 5 minuten naar skigebied Kaltenbach.

Wir sind lediglich auf der Durchreise und haben hier ein tolles Hotel mit großen Zimmern in gepflegten Zustand gefunden. Das Abendessen war sehr lecker und auskömmlich zu einem adäquaten Preis. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war von großer Auswahl am Buffet und guter Qualität. Empfehlenswert.
