Hotel was within walking distance to the train station. Room was clean and has a built in kitchen. It has a sauna but we didn’t get to use it as we were too tired after hiking 19km from Hallerangerhaus. Breakfast was very sumptuous. Receptionist is helpful. We were given a welcome guest card which allowed free travel to Seefeld.

This is your typical Austrian family Gasthof. Lots of wood and antlers on the wall, Alpine pictures and so on. The room is spacious with a balcony (shared). Smallish shower. Standard breakfast in the Stube, nothing special. No elevator, but lazy stairs. The nearby belltower starts ringing as of 6 o' clock. Go for dinner to historic Mittenwald.

Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, die Einrichtung ist o.k, das Bad ist ausreichend. Wir hatten einen Balkon zur Westseite und konnten dadurch die Nachmittagssonne genießen. Das Frühstückbuffet ist für eine Pension ebenfalls top. Leider gibt es auch 2 negative Dinge, die uns nicht gefallen haben: 1. aus dem Skidepot sind am 20.02.25 meine Langlaufskistöcke verschwunden, da nichts Vergleichbares mehr dort stand, müssen wir davon ausgehen, dass es keine Verwechslung sondern ein Diebstahl war. Ich habe dies am 21.02.25 (Tag unserer Abreise) der Rezeption mitgeteilt mit der Bitte um einen Rückruf zu dieser Problematik, ist bis heute nichts passiert. 2. An unserem Abreisetag fragt ich beim Frühstück höflich, ob es möglich wäre, sich je 1 Brötchen (wir waren nur 2.Personen) für die lange Heimreise mit zu nehmen. Dies war nach Aussage der Angestellten eigentlich nicht gewollt, nach einiger Zeit ging dann doch ein "Weg rein" aber da wollten wir nicht mehr. Schade.

Renoviertes Hotel mit geräumigen Zimmern im Alpendekor. Alles war sehr sauber und angenehm. Getränke und Snacks sind aus dem Automaten verfügbar. Eine kleine aber feine Sauna und ein Ruheraum mit Bergblick stehen zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Wir waren auf der Wanderung hier und sehr zufrieden, zum Glück hatten wir vorher zu Abend gegessen, der Ort bietet nur eine Pizzeria an.

Voor de 6e keer een week in het sfeervolle gasthaus Frankenhof. Mooie ruime en schone kamers. Een voortreffelijk uitgebreid buffet ontbijt. Na het skiën heerlijk gebruik maken van de sauna. Het voelt als thuiskomen. Zeker een aanrader.
