Stayed here for a delayed flight from Lyon Airport. Arrived at around 1900 and the restaurant was closed. Very convenient for UberEats and had McDonalds and Pizza inside 30 minutes. As there were 4 of us travelling and no family rooms available, we were given 2 rooms with ajoining doors. Breakfast was very good. There is a kids room next to the restaurant with a few bits to keep young ones entertained.

could be language barrier but hotel should have ensured assistance. Hotel is dead on Saturday & Sunday. Hotel staff assumed we were told that dining room is closed at weekends. Noone bothered to offer solutions for food where they realised that client needed to eat but didn't know that dining was closed at weekends. Noone to explain how towel rack heating worked, or room heating if any worked, that irons were offered if needed, Noone even mentioned that there was a gym and sauna open to residents.

The hotel was excellent, the staff were all very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The meal & bar times however did not suit our group, where we worked long hours

It is a well appointed hotel. The rooms are nice sized and clean. All of the staff are friendly and very accomodating to requests, willing to go above and beyond. The location is a little out, however there are places within a reasonable drive or Uber ride.

When looking for a place to stay, my goal is always to find one that strives to offer zero compromises in quality while remaining competitively priced this unfortunately is increasingly difficult but staying here has renewed faith that exceptional hotels still exist. when I come back to Lyon I know I'll have a place at the Artloge chain

The ParKest hotel is really nice place. The room, bathroom, and all interiors look very fresh, just like these were built few weeks ago. The personnel was very friendly and speaks English fluently (which is not so obvious in France). There is plenty of parking space around the hotel and the property is closed with the gate, which makes the parking safe. The room was clean and it was very quiet in the hotel which made our stay very comfortable. Breakfast was also ok, however it's France so there is mostly sweet flavor there. The hotel is quite far from the city center but if you travel by car I recommend going to "Aushopping Porte des Alpes" and leave your car there on a big free parking and catching a tram from "Porte des Alpes" stop. Other alternative is the P+R but I was not sure if the tram ticket allows you to park there for free.
