Rucksack is the biggest Hostel in Siargao, it offers private rooms for couple, family or group traveller and Dormitory Type rooms for Solo Traveller like me. Dormitory bed is comfortable with thick Hotel bedding, ventilation is very cool. Price is also great specially if you are budget conscious . Rucksack has its own Pool, Restaurant and Bar. Plus activities for guests every night. You will definitely enjoy your stay.

A great hostel for socialising! Lots of people from all over the world, large rooms and a great overall vibe. They have comedy nights, bingo, karaoke and more. We really enjoyed our stay here. They also have motorcycle rental for around 400-500 pesos a day. Would highly recommend!

I love the place, so many amenities that you can enjoy. Also they have bar, gym, work place, swimming pool and can play volleyball.

The vibe here is good. Good for solo travelers but expect that at night there’s an even to socialize so if you are kind of don’t socialize just stay in your room or go out somewhere haha.

It's great for families, but sometimes the shared bathrooms and showers can be a bit dirty because so many people use them. The water is also a bit salty, but it's clean. Our air conditioning was super cold. The staff are kind. We slept really well though, because the beds were soft and clean. It's also nice that they have games/parties, and the pool is enjoyable to swim in because the water is warm, especially at night. Thank you RuckSack! Until next time!

The front desk who’s chubby with the long lashes was no approachable. I just hope every guest are being treated fairly whether it’s local or foreigners🙃
