First of all, the features in the website were way different from the actual place.
Wifi was terrible, cellphone signal was also terrible
Power was interrupted most of the time.
And in our second night, the power was completely gone due to transformer issue and was never fixed.
We arrived from our trip at 06:00 AM. We noticed only generator was working without wifi. We stayed up to 08:00 PM. The generator was completely off and no power at all. We decided to stayed at the coffee shop until late night hoping everything will go back to normal when we return.
We came back at 10:00 PM. Still no power and one of the in charge told us the situation.
And she said, they been looking to us to advise if we want to switch some place.
We did not receive a call from them and nobody nock our door until 08:00 PM. While we’re inside.
We decided to switch place and ask for the rest of the payment. Unfortunately, they will not provide for a lot of reasons.
We been arguing until 12:00 midnight just to come up with the solution which is very difficult for them to sort out.
The management should improve their service.
