Hotels near ShakaBrah Skate Park, General Luna

Kalipay is conveniently located along the main road, walking distance from CEV (the best ceviche in Siargao) and Happiness Bar (best happy hour deal). The resort is quiet, has a nice pool and the rooms are clean. The staff are amazing — friendly, accommodating and extra helpful. The receptionist, Kim, took really good care of us.

We had a wonderful time i.ln the resort. The staff are accomodatinf. The place is quiet and serene. They also have this very big bathroom. We got a nice beach front and it was perfect. Definitely will come back to this place and it is highly recommended

Place was okay for a family stay. It's not a private villa anymore since there's a restobar inside. I love the staff though, friendly and always smiling and accommodating. Place is also near establishments and you can just walk around. Cloud 9 is like less than 10 mins away. There are dogs inside which I didn't like because they could just have pooped and peed anywhere. Not ideal for kids to play on the sand. There are also pearl sellers and as much as I feel bad, it just ruins your peace and quiet as they dont stop bothering you until you buy. Overall still thinking of going back here in case there's another trip in place. :)

Great staff, good location just ABIT down from the main strip. You can get free coffee, breakfast is available if you ask the staff. The room are perfect very nice and clean id recommend this to anyone and id definitely stay here again

The place is nice… cozy looking and the service are great. New resort and everybody seems to still getting used to the service. No receptionist at night. We had to check out early due to our flight changes and left 5:00am the front desk is not open and the no place to return my key but had to leave it in the room.. the breakfast option is not much. Hopefully next time there are more options and the phone in the room. The guy who cleans around is nice. He is always willing to help. Could improve more but it’s a great place to be, only 9 minutes to secret beach, and malinao skate road, 30 minutes to cloud 9, 1 half hour to North/ Pacifico.. Not a busy street so you’re going to have a relaxing night of sleep. Gas station is just right around the corner.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hostel, the food was amazing, people very friendly and the environment was full of joy it will definitely be the first of many visits. Wish I could stay longer

I recently had the pleasure of staying at POTB for six days, and despite a few minor inconveniences, I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. POTB provided a memorable experience that I am happy to share with fellow travelers. Upon arrival, I noticed that the hotel’s mini bar was still under construction. While this was a slight disappointment, it did not hinder my overall experience. The hotel staff quickly accommodated my needs by providing alternative options, ensuring that my stay remained comfortable and enjoyable.Another aspect that caught my attention was the distance between the front beach and the sea. Although it was farther than expected, the hotel’s stunning surroundings and peaceful atmosphere more than made up for it. The well-maintained beach area offered a serene escape from the bustling city.In the evenings, I did encounter some occasional noise from nearby establishments. The loud music could be annoying at times, especially when seeking a peaceful ambiance. However, I found that during the majority of my stay, the hotel’s serene environment allowed me to unwind and relax, creating a balanced experience overall.I highly recommend POTB to those seeking a relaxing getaway with comfortable accommodations and impeccable service. Whether you are looking for a peaceful escape or a rejuvenating vacation, POTB is sure to provide an enjoyable and memorable experience.

Good Accomodation, near on the places to go too... 🙏🙏🙏

We stayed at the hotel for 8 days. The hostess upgraded our room category at no additional charge. The room is modest, but it has everything you need. Breakfasts are delicious and filling. Coffee is provided free of charge at any time. The location is good, the market, pier and the village center are very close. From the hostess you can purchase island tours and order a transfer to the airport. The service staff is friendly, attentive, and helps resolve all issues.

It's located right in the center. The room is simple with amenities (toilet and shower in the room). Everything is simple and clean. If you want peace and quiet, you won't find it. There's a bar on the ground floor where people sing until midnight. But that didn't bother me. The hostess, Fili, is very nice, welcoming, and treated me with warmth. She fed me, gave me little gifts, and took me to the beaches several times.
