"Newly renovated hotel. A lot of the facilities are still fairly new, very clean. They have breakfast, 24-hour coffee, and inexpensive $62+ tax (i was in hotel during low traffic days) This was my best value hotel in about 25 years. If you are in Bufallo-Rochester area, I recommend it. (I have to add that I am from NYC, hotels are very expensive there, and many hotels in the city are not new)"

"This is the first time I give a bad review on Ctrip! For watching the total solar eclipse, the price is a bit high, but the sanitation and facilities of this hotel are too poor! The sheets and pillowcases were not changed, there was a smell, and there were a lot of hairs, the bathroom was not cleaned, the carpet was dirty, and the body lotion was expired like water. I asked for a change after I got to the room. The two Indian guys were quite enthusiastic and apologized. They also said they would give me a free breakfast, but the breakfast was also disgusting! My friend was fooled by his breakfast biscuits and got a good review, but it won’t work for me, so I have to give a bad review! In addition, the price soared from 700 to more than 2,000 the next day after booking? Does Ctrip treat its customers as **? ? ? Don’t be fooled!"
