Check in yavaştı. Varış gününden önce online olarak check in yaptım ve her birimizin pasaportlarını ayrı ayrı sisteme yükledim. Bütün istenen bilgileri sisteme girdim. Check in işlemimin başarılı olduğu sistemde görülmesine ve oda numaramız da önceden sistemde görülüyor olmasına rağmen resepsiyonda bulunan personel dakikalarca işlem yaptı, tekrar pasaportları istedi. Buna hiçbir anlam veremedim. Zaten kısıtlı olan zamanımızı burada harcamak hiç hoş olmadı. Bu sebepten puan eksiltiyorum.

We were very impressed upon check in as we had been upgraded to a junior suite which was amazing! The hotel was a short walk from the station and close to the lake. The main disappointment for us was breakfast. We were there 2 nights and the first morning we thought maybe they’re just short staffed or very busy. However the second morning was worse. Breakfast was until 10.30 and even though we were down an hour before this, they had run out of bread and the hot food items were not being filled up. Nor the pastries. We had to ask for some and were told it would be 15 minutes so we hardly had any food and we had to eat out somewhere else after. It was such a shame as the hotel was lovely but they really need to keep on top of filling up the food items as I had paid a fair amount for breakfast and it was sadly not at all worth it.

Great location, subway and supermarket are in walking distance.

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. They never replied to my emails, which made communication frustrating. Parking was a real problem — their own lot was full, and I had to figure out on my own where the nearest parking was, driving around in circles twice before finding a spot. The room was in poor condition and the pillows were terrible. On the positive side, the location is very convenient and the staff were polite and friendly. Unfortunately, the issues with parking, the room, and lack of communication made the overall experience far from comfortable.

A safe, clean and reliable hotel. The front desk was courteous and efficient. I would return in the future.
