Great experience to stay at Mandarin Oriental, Geneva .NICE PLACE TO STAY . VERY CONVENIENT FOR SHOPPING.

The service was great.

The room, though renovated, still looked average, and the common areas were somewhat old. I've never seen a room with a 1000 CHF deposit before; the Mandarin Oriental in Lucerne, which has much higher rates, only requires a 350 CHF deposit… The concierge was slow to respond, and it took a long time to call a taxi… I won't come back.

There were three new service staff members when checking in at night. I was very happy to upgrade my room. Compared with other Mandarin Oriental hotels, this hotel is a bit inferior. The service was normal. The breakfast did not meet my expectations. Also, it is far from the lake. Please consider carefully if you want to see the lake view.

This hotel has no heating in the middle of winter. The air conditioner has only cold air. The wall heater is useless. You need to lift the curtains and put them on the windowsill to get a little bit of warmth. In the end, the hotel gave me a heater. It's outrageous! This is the first time I've stayed in a 7,000 yuan hotel without heating. I've learned a lot.

The hotel front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the lobby is very beautiful, the hotel's Japanese restaurant tastes good and has rich dishes, the hotel's breakfast is also very good, the hotel is very close to the commercial street, shopping is very convenient

The room is nice and the location is great. There is a Japanese restaurant in the hotel. You can try it. The food is good. Mandarin Oriental Hotel is great no matter where in the country.

It is on the same line as the Four Seasons Hotel, and next to the lake, it is very pleasant to walk or run along the lakeside~ In short, the location is still very good~ The hotel room is a bit cramped, with a room of more than 30 square meters, and the bathroom space is OK. The room can only accommodate a bed and a sofa... The welcome fruit is very fresh~ Maybe I am used to large rooms, it looks a bit tight😓 But it may be considered good in Europe~ The best thing is the breakfast. The restaurant is on the street. In the morning, have a cup of coffee, eat something, look at the street view, and the birds fly around... Refreshing, this is the leisurely European slow life🌞

The road on the left is a slope, dark and dirty. When you walk into the hotel, you feel that the space is small. The room is very small, with a small glass table and a mini simple table for tea bags. The bed is also small. The breakfast room is even more disappointing. The location is far from the lake area. In short, it is not worth the price.
