Hotel reception was very friendly. Hotel staff recommended us nice restaurants to visit. Encounter two bad experiences from this hotel, 1) requested to change kettle as the kettle was rusty unable to make hot water for kids. The hotel staff is very kind enough to change 3 times for us but non of the kettle can be use. The last round he exchange another kettle for me but it is spoilt. So I gave up in the end. I have to go down to the bar and request for hot water. 2) The lift breakdown, I was stuck inside 2-3 mins . The hotel technician resolved it fast . Overall, have a pleasant stay at this hotel .

Hotel is nice and clean. The staff were friendly and many restaurants nearby.

Normal five-star level, good quality chocolate and water were provided, the surrounding road is under construction and there is no convenience store which is inconvenient. The iced fruit tea prepared by the front desk is very practical and comfortable in the hot summer

This is my second time staying here. The last time was in 2018. The room is not big, but it has everything it should have. I booked two rooms and asked for connecting rooms, which were given to me. They are very good. There are two double beds, one is 2 meters and the other is 1.8 meters. It is spacious for three big and two small. It is cost-effective. Although it is not on the first line of the lake, it is a 2-minute walk from the lake. You can find free bus tickets at the hotel front desk. Although I didn't encounter anyone checking tickets on the bus barge for two or three days, it is still safer to get one just in case.

The room is a bit small and not well maintained, a bit old and dirty. The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation.

The hotel is not far from the station and the lake. The location is good. The room was a good size, a bit old, but clean and comfortable. The restaurant is antique, elegantly decorated and full of charm.

It is an old-fashioned hotel. The wardrobe in the room is really old. The design of the facilities is also old-fashioned. It can be regarded as a local characteristic. The hotel service is quite satisfactory. There is no unhappy experience or surprise. The breakfast selection is relatively limited
