An ok place to stay in GOTL
It was ok. The walls must be thin because you hear everything. There were bikers stopping in there that didn't even stay there and the bikes were loud. Parking is very limited. We had to park on the road.
It's located in a great spot and the lake is literally behind the motel which makes for nice lake view. I'm kinda mixed on this review...it's not terrible but for the money???

Had comfortable bed and with the sounds of the waves splashing, had great nights rest. Drawbacks are limited parking and steps.

The heat didn’t work but the lady from the office came at 9:30 pm and brought us a portable heater. She was very nice and helpful and apologetic.

I love this place , we’ve stayed here multiple times now and will be back next summer as well. Walking distance to everything , located right on the *****!! The lake view absolutely gorgeous and being able to sit right at the water makes this place a true little gem. Reading some of these not so great reviews I think “these people can’t be talking about the same place” lol - it has the older decor vibe and that’s what Geneva is all about. I highly recommend!!!

The place was clean and comfortable. Must walk steps to room 9. Liked the location. Room 9, lake view was on the side of the building, not facing lake. There were no chairs on the side deck to sit and drink coffee and see lake. No coffee maker in room. But, there is a convenient store across the street to get coffee. The beach is non usable. You can't easily access the beach. You can't lay on the beach with a towel. There is a wall you have to clinb down to get to beach and beach is more stones than sand. I had to walk down to sands motel to use the pool about 500 ft. Away. Comfortable Bed and pillows. Bathroom was basic but clean.
